Crepe Making Memories!! Our Paris visit Highlight. - Group 6 family members, my wife and two young adult daughters and three husbands. All loved the experience and said it was the highlight of the trip. Highly recommend for all ages. . Stephane holds and engaging, educational and hands on fun experience! The family is already talking about making crepes together when we get back home using what we learned. Thank you Stephane!!!

Thank You Stephane - This was so much fun and educational! Stephane was amazing! We learned about the differences in ingredients in the Galette and the Crepe. We also learned about the regions where the Crepe originated. We prepared the batter and then used the tools and technique that Stephane taught to cook the Crepe on the stove. The Crepes were delicious! Can’t wait to make the Crepes at home!

Master Crepe Maker Shares His Delicious Secrets! - This truly is a must do experience. We not only learned how to make the perfect crepe, but learned the difference between a gallette (a savory "crepe") and crepes, which are sweet, as well as the history behind them. Stephane is a master crepe maker AND a master teacher. The proof was in the crepes we made and ate. C'est magnifique! The last thing I'll say is "THANK YOU, STEPHANE!

The sweet art of making crepes - My daughter and I were at Stephane's restaurant in March for his crepe making class and it was just wonderful! He is so knowledgeable, but made it such a fun experience! The class, along with eating the delightful crepes, is three hours, and he even went over that time so that we were not rushed. I would highly recommend doing this if you are looking for an authentic French experience in learning about and making crepes.

Parisian Crepe making class - Stephane's afternoon crepe cooking class was easily one of the highlights from a week-long journey to Paris. First, the class takes place in Stephane's working restaurant - which is very cool. Second, Stephane is a natural showman with the energy and ability to keep all ages active and engaged. Third, and most important, by the end of the class, you'll not only have a delightful meal but will possess the ability to cook crepes in your own kichen. We took this class as a family, and everyone loved it!
