Relaxed and fun small group tour. - This was a very pleasant experience for my wife and me. Transportation was comfortable and our guide was very pleasant and competent

A great day outside of Paris - It was great day that we would not have done on our own. The trip was made so much easier by having a driver/guide who was a very safe driver. She even knew a spot for a quick sandwich so time was not wasted on a full lunch and that was fine with everyone in the group. I would definitely recommend. Interesting sites.

Two beautiful chateaux with gorgeous gardens - Totally worth the money. Six tour members and the tour guide fit comfortably in the air conditioned van. The chateaux were amazing and had no crowds. I highly recommend renting a golf cart at Vaux-le-Vicomte; it’s the only way to see the entire garden even if you’re used to long walks. Very impressive and memorable!

Great small group day trip from Paris - Wonderful small group trip to Fountainebleu and Vaux-le-Vicomte. Will was a nice tour guide/driver. I would rate him a "4" as I wish he were a little more engaged with all members of the group and had given us more information while driving of the history and area we were passing through as well as more than a basic overview before we entered each chateau. Overall it was a great day though!

Viva le Chateaux! - Had the greatest experience! Mostly because of our tour director, Valeria. She was incredibly sweet and wanted to make sure we had a good experience. She was concerned for our well being and how we enjoyed our trip. She helped every passenger in and out of Van. Very engaging offering us choices how to see each castle. Our favorite castle was Vaux Le Compte just due to the story. Valeria added a brief stop at Blandey, a medieval castle which was fun to walk around. We give the experience a 5+ stars for the sing along, too! Loved the music she chose for our ride back to Paris.

Hats off to Philippe! - Amazing tour! Our guide, Philippe, was incredible! Not only was he super knowledgable about the locations visited, his enthusiasm and humor really made the day- he's a funny guy! We really appreciated Philippe going out of his way for us. The night before our tour, there were football riots across the city. Metro stations and entire streets were shut down making it impossible for us to get to the meeting point. Philippe communicated with us and was able to pick us up on time. This was above and beyond, and we are very grateful to him for it.
The destinations themselves were stunning. These are gorgeous chateaux, steeped in history. If you appreciate French history, art or architecture, this tour is a must. if you can request Philippe, he will make it as good as it can be.

Great trip to Fontainebleau and Vaux-Le-Vicomte - Sebastian was charming, informative, a wonderful guide and made the experience quite memorable. He was a safe driver and navigated us there and back comfortably.

Castles are impressive. Tour was good but not great. - Beautiful castles! The tour itself was very nice. Our guide was pleasant, if a little laid back. We enjoyed the ease of entry to both castles, as the tickets and audio guides were provided. I felt like we were mostly paying for transportation. Driving in Paris is not the most efficient, and we were stuck in traffic for extra time in returning. So if you want to see these castles on your own, and are comfortable with trains/buses, it might be a better experience and of course, quite a bit cheaper to do it on your own. We did enjoy a lovely lunch in Fontainebleau at the recommendation of our guide. The length of the day was longer than anticipated.

Beutiful places, very basic overview - Small bus was comfortable. Narration was very basic, unfortunately not too much of insight or historic information given about places - yet both have so much history behind. The tour is pretty expensive for the value. Of course both palaces are fabulous and we are glad we visited. Thank you.

Mediocre - Not great. You cannot see even half of Fontainebleau in the time allotted. We basically had to run through the place. Stopped at a sandwich shop for lunch. Then had enough time to see Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte but not enough time to see the beautiful gardens. Too rushed, superficial. Do not recommend.
