Great time - Great host, learned how to make great desserts, from a local who was amazing, we made four desserts then ate them.

Dessert cooking class - We were slightly delayed on our arrival time and Catherine was very accommodating. She had everything ready when we arrived. The desserts we made were easy and good. Would recommend for groups of 3 or less due to kitchen size

Baking in France. - Catherine was a fabulous educator on the art of baking and preparing chocolate truffles.
