dream vacation - thirtieth year. stay from March 30 to April 16, 2024 in this complex, and as good as ever, the beach has retained its charm, the welcome always at the top, the restaurants offer us a large choice of excellent dishes. Thanks to Sandy, Alexandra, Mabel, Julio, Faustino, Josepha and the hosts, as well as Ancermo Castillo and Pedro Polanko

Great experience! Highly recommend! - Fantastic experience! Equipment seemed in very good condition! Boat operators were great! They will take pictures for you with your camera!! Pretty long ride!! Fun!

Fun but Short Parasail - We felt very rushed. We were supposed to be in the air for 15 mins and I bet it was less than 10. The workers were kind of gruff. They had to shuffle passengers on and off the boat constantly. The transfer boat picks you up at the beach and brings you out to the parasail boat where you transfer. While in the air you do get to see how beautiful the water is. We even got a glimpse of some turtles.

Unfortunately no promised 15 minutes - Beforehand, you should check whether the flight really lasts 15 minutes. A disappointing 6.5 minutes for a lot of money. We checked again afterwards. Sometimes it was 7 minutes and then again about 6.5 minutes. Rip-off but still nice.

Nobody came for us for the tour - Nobody contacted us for the tour . I tried reaching out to trip advisor I am unable to get any help . This is the worst !!!!!!

Terrible Communicators - The absolute worse. I wish I could give a zero. Changed my time ok cool. Confirmed where my pickup should be. Text them to let them know I am waiting. They tell me they are at another hotel, as if I was suppose walk down to them. Called and text over and over keep being told someone will call me and/or they coming. Its no 12:30pm, 2.5hrs after the time frame I initially scheduled (10am) still nobody. Never have I experienced such foolishness. I cancelled and got my money back.
