Amazing beautiful place - Be patient with the pick up because this was the absolute worst part which I hope the company will hear me out on this. We got picked up from the cruise port, we were specifically told to meet under the white tents just outside the cruise ship one hour after boat arrives. Easy instructions, most of us followed. Our driver arrives and gathers us together. He tells us there are missing parties and he has to find them. He takes off looking for them, he can’t find them so he puts us in the van and drives to an area where he thinks they might be. He finds some and keeps looking for more. It’s now 25 min late and our van is completely full. The second van has room for more missing passengers but our driver can’t take us until the second van has the missing passengers. They keep looking and now our passengers are angry we are waiting so long. Our late family could care less and it got tense because they were saying oh we are on island time, what’s the rush? How dense can you be? The last late family of 5 finally arrive one hour late! They could care less. Our poor driver was so stressed looking for these inconsiderate people but told us he was not allowed to leave without them. Please do not make your paid customers wait more than 20 min for late people. If they cannot get themselves to the meeting point like the majority of us the. It’s their problem not ours. Leave them and let them take a taxi, put it in the instructions that they will be left! Even with this annoyance this was our favorite excursion in the Bahamas. What a wonderful place Paradise Cove is. I truly felt as if we were at someone’s home, the people running it are so friendly and welcoming. We brought our own snorkel and masks but used their fins. We are decent swimmers and were very comfortable swimming out to the deeper water. There were so many fish to see. We saw sea turtles who just munch the sea grass right in front of us. We were so close to them. We also saw 3 massive eagle rays. People spearfishing caught a massive lobster and the guide cooked it up for them, they got to enjoy it right on the beach. The food was very good the drinks were cold. I want to go back. Book it you won’t regret it.

A Must while I Freeport. - Absolutely AMAZING. Mr Parker he driver and Cathy/Kathy (behind the register) were just great. Food was really good and reasonably priced. The snorkeling was perfect for all ages. The owner was there and noticed i was looking at my Snorkel (which had residual lipstick) and he took it right away and got a clean one and addressed it without me sating anything. The drinks are string and food was so yummy.

Book it you won’t be disappointed - We were so glad that we booked the Paradise Cove excursion. We had booked this trip originally with a 9am pickup time. Unfortunately our cruise ship had a medical emergency and our itinerary changed. The staff at PC worked with us and were able to save the day by adjusting their pickup time for us. Pickup started with our driver Parker. He is full of enthusiasm and talked with us the entire way to and from keeping us entertained. As we arrived we were greeted by the owner Barry and his staff. Shout out to Kathy, Nyla and Naomi for their Excellent customer service and very friendly interactions with my family of 9. We all enjoyed our snorkeling and seeing all the marine life. The lunch hit the spot along with our Bahama Mamma drinks. Very clean and great for families. Will definitely return in the future.

Paradise Cove Grand Bahama - the name says it all! - Paradise Cove on Grand Bahama is a "must do". Snorkeling, Kayaking, Spearfishing, Sunbathing, Volleyball, shopping, and good food and drinks are all available at Paradise Cove. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the reef and its frequent wild visitors. They call out close encounters with rays and turtles near the shoreline for non-swimmers to enjoy They provide a safety briefing to help you navigate the waters to avoid exposure to potential hazardous plants and protect the reef. The fish sandwich is an excellent choice among other menu items. We ate there 3 times and never had a bad meal. Check out Paradise Cove on Grand Bahama. You won't want to miss it!

Perfect day in Paradise Cove - Pickup was a little slow due to two ships needing transportation but once we got there it was amazing! Snorkeled with the sea turtles and saw so many fish. It was laid back and relaxing and the hot dog and fries hit the spot. Would definitely go back!

Great family outing - This was fun , it was not crowned and we were worn out from snorkeling when we were done . We swam with a sea turtle and were able to see many many fish in the bells they had in water , water was crystal blue . Some saw larger fish etc but they swam out further ( I’m not a great swimmer) great for all ages and swimming abilities
