Everything you need to enjoy a fun day in the water - At first I was nervous because they never answered the phone and I wanted to confirm the pick up time. But they showed up and had some seats ready for us on the shuttle bus. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed to enjoy a fantastic day swimming with Sea Turtles. Definitely worth it.

Loved it - I’ve never seen wildlife come so close to you without being startled. It was awesome to see you can be one with the SEA!

Wonderful Experience - Bus driver "Nathan" was awesome! Very friendly and told us all about Freeport on our way to the beach. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Our day was very windy and rainy, we still saw a lot of fish and (2) turtles even with the choppy waves. We had a blast and the location/beach is not as over crowded If you time your visit just right you can see the swimming pigs down the beach Next visit I would definitely come back here for snorkeling.

Amazing day in Paradise - Amazing experience! Snorkeling with Fallon was wonderful - she was a great guide. We saw 5 turtles and tons of fish. The food hit the spot. This is a hidden gem. Highly recommended.

Best snorkeling, not the best facility! - The snorkeling was the absolute best at this location …beautiful coral and lots of fish. The down side is you have to swim a long way to see the coral and fish. The facility is not in the best shape.. they need to pick up trash and it could use a facelift… There was some confusion with the booking information and be prepared for an additional cost for the use of umbrellas. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice tour Paradise Cove - Nice trip got the day pass. We used the beach lounge chairs snorkeled and kayaked but didn’t get to try the paddle board. Food was average and got chips with burgers and hot dogs instead of fries. Figured that for $100 a person food would be better and towels would have been included.

Nice Excursion to Beach and Reef - Did some snorkeling. Saw a sea turtle and a ray. The driver (Nathan) was easily located at the port, and was timely with the 20-30 minute ride in both directions. Would have gone five instead of four except that the place is pretty plain (not what some would consider a "resort," and the beach very shallow at low tide. It is not far (1/4 mile wade/swim) to the deep=water reef. Driver and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Tourist trap - The weather was not ideal for snorkeling, but they took our money anyway and because we booked with Viator they said they could not provide a refund. The staff running this place should be grateful for anyone showing up to this run down property but instead they seemed irritated. The drink that comes with the package was literally the size of a mouthwash cup. This is a tourist trap. Please do not waste your time or money.
