Great Shuttle - Very nice and reliable! Hugo arrived right on time for both trips. He made sure I was comfortable and stopped for bathroom breaks.

Very good driver (Luis)... - Very good driver (Luis) very helpful and punctual. The reservation was easy and the agent (Hugo) is very efficient. In general the service is very good but a bit expensive

Not happy - The vehicle engine broke down 20 minutes after we left Paracas leaving us stranded for over one hour on the side of the Panamericana highway. Another vehicle came to pick us up but it was not clean and did not have the COVID-19 protective shield between the driver and passengers. I’m very disappointed.
