Fun day doing the islands and the buggy ride - It was a fun and beautiful day going to Paracas and then Ballestas islands. Such a special place to see the birds, penguins, sea lions and rock formations. We then had such a delicious lunch followed by the pisco tasting. Afterwards we went to Huacachina and ride the buggies on the sand dunes. That was the highlight of the day tour. Everyone had such a blast and the return was quite late to the hotel It was such a long and joyful day. I just wished though that english could have been more used in the bus while communicating to the vacationers. Other than that, the guides were really great in the bus and going to the islands.

Long day, but lots of fun - Bring lots of water, bring sunscreen, bring snacks. They'll try to sell you scarves and such in Huachachina for s/5. I bought one, but didn't really need it. Make sure you have sunglasses or goggles though. Ballestas Islands were very cool. Wine tasting was fun. Pisco is not for me, but the wines they let you sample were very very good! Very long day, lots of driving. Luckily the bus seats were comfortable enough to sleep on.

Not worth the time investment which is significant - Eas a lot of driving for questionable highlights. We did not get the show promised as the last item of the tour. On reflection, this may be why we had 50 soles contributed to our lunch payment, although that was never explained. A lot of driving with very boring scenery.

They are not good work allies - Passengers are sent to this travel agency, they never inform you when they are not picked up, I already had to find out from my passenger, and when I called the agency with which I was received, the transfer told me that it is not my fault that the passenger does not respond, that lack of work ethic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, since they are not as serious as I thought.

Reckless and inconsiderate - They are a disaster. They had us from 5 AM until almost 8 wasting time, the ZETA guide was rude. Lying at a service station waiting for people…the Bus broke down on the road, the wheels in terrible condition. He continued walking with the FLAT tire and 49 people on top. We arrived late to Paracas and missed the tour. They didn't solve ANYTHING for us. The ZETA guide absolutely useless in its communication and solution. We ended up using our phones to contact our agencies of origin who SAVED us from these people who tried to continue moving a group after losing 9 hours and half of the tour on a BUS in terrible safety conditions. AWESOME risking people. They left people DUMPED without their $80+ tour. Irresponsible.

A lost day! - I closed a travel package including Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu. During our stay in Lima, the agency included this tour and the description was very attractive, but in reality it was an unbearably tiring and unpleasant day. - The trip is exaggeratedly long and uncomfortable. - The Island Tour is done on a boat without a cover, where you are exposed to the sun, to see some rocky islands, sea birds and some sea lions. You don't get off the boat. - Pisco tasting with lunch is a bad joke. The "bodega" is in a run-down, scary and ugly area. Lunch is simple and has few options. Homemade food with almost no flavor. What they call tasting is actually a game of toasts with the drinks they produce. There are countless liquors of dubious quality, as well as the jokes that the "somelier" makes exhaustively. - The Oasis tour was the most anticipated, but the heat, tiredness and the walk up the sand to get the buggies made me give up on the experience and prefer to wait for the group in the shopping center. - The return to Lima is equally long and uncomfortable and you arrive at the hotel at almost 10pm, tired, hungry and with the feeling of having wasted an entire day of your trip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Unfair billing - My trip was excellent, the sales team was very attentive, the destination was amazing, and the guides were perfect. However, a failure in the administration caused me to have a negative and unfair experience: when they sold me the trip, they only gave me one boarding point. The night before the ride, I saw on the WhatsApp group that there was a much closer boarding point on the street where I was staying, so I boarded there. At the end of the trip, they charged me $s/ 15.75 (soles) for having boarded at a different point (although the bus did not change the route, I was already on the bus route). I found it very unpleasant and unfair as I was not told I could board near my hotel nor that there was a fee for boarding one street earlier or later. I didn't know about this fact. There was a lack of explanation and communication.
