The best agency in Paracas - We did a set of activities in one day with Playa Roja Tours: Firstly, the excursion to the Ballestas Islands, well advised at all times by the guide Brisi, very attentive and coordinating our arrival in Paracas. Later we visited the Reserve on ATVs, enjoying the landscapes with a guide and complete safety. Lastly, we went on a tubular tour through the dunes of the California desert at sunset. The team solved a logistical problem excellently and we were able to enjoy the dunes at full speed aboard the tubular, practice sandboarding and take some photos with incredible sunset light. In short, excellent work from the guys at Playa Roja Tours (Efraín and Brisi) for an unforgettable day. They do everything possible to make everything perfect. 100% recommendable

ATV Tour In Paracas - Great tour! Paracas National Reserve is beautiful and this tour allows you to hit a bunch of the landmarks within it. They were great about communicating about the tour beforehand and were accommodating when we made a few changes to our reservation. To see the Cathedral is an extra $18 which was a little misleading but they were upfront about it and it was totally worth it.

Fun ATV tour! - Very good tour, the Paracas Natural Reserve is so vast and beautiful, you have to see it! If you're going during the winter/dry season, remember to dress very warm with hat, gloves, jacket, long pants, etc as the cold ocean winds really hit you if you're not well dressed. The ATVs themselves were in good condition and the route wasn't too difficult, but still fun. Would recommend.

Nice ride in the natural reserve - The guide Ismael was very friendly and knowledgeable, we made three stops along the natural reserve (playa Yumaque, mirador and playa roja). The quad was in good condition and easy to manoeuvre. Playa Roja in particular is really stunning!

Nazca air tour from Pisco - Last minute Nazca lines air tour from Pisco Airport. While others said no availability, Efrain at Playa Roja Tours was able to confirm us the following day and for a fair price. We were picked up from our hotel in a very well kept passenger van. It was clean and driver wore a face covering. They assisted with check in at the airline counter in Pisco. The airplane tour was good sightseeing of the Nazca lines, but the pilots flew fast, steeply banked turns and it was often a challenge to understand them over the airplane noise even though the pilot spoke English. We saw several smaller planes near the Nazca lines and it was evident they were flying slower. We didn't have the time to drive to Nazca, but perhaps leaving from the Nazca airport on a smaller plane would have been a better ride. Efrain was waiting for us upon our return with commemorative flight certificates...a nice touch! We had a drive-thru tour of the market area of San Andreas and also stopped on a beach to see flamingos and a vast amount of sea shells. Playa Rojas was on time, clean and very informative as our guide. Ask for Efrain!

Scooter Rental without guide - We rented a scooter to visit Paracas national reserve all by ourself (120 soles for the day) and it was awesome! Great scooter, easy reservation directly on the spot the night before, easy to navigate in the reserve (not too bad road conditions), cheap price and nice staff! Just be advised: we got stopped at the entrance of the park at 8:15 am and had to wait 9:00 am till it officially opened. But the sun starts shining around 11am anyway and you don’t really need more than 3-5h to visit all the beaches, so no worries!

Worth it - Loved it, just be ready with an exceptional amount of sun screen and for the vibrations from the ATV (which you eventually get used to). Having seen how long it took bike riders to make it to the view points we drove to, very happy we choose to ride the ATV’s.

Bike tour to the national reserve - We rented two bikes and rode to the playa roja. It was really nice and the landscape was amazing! We would recommend a tour by playaroja tours to everyone: likable, uncomplicated service for a good price, good bikes and really nice nature to see! Muchas gracias 😊

Biking through Paracas national park - We rented bikes from Rojas tours and spent about 5 hours in the park. They were a bit rusty and we tested a few to find ones with decent gears and brakes, there are some minor hills so gears and brakes do matter. They worked out fine and we had a good day in the park. The park itself was stunning, a mix of incredible colours. There are some beautiful beaches and cliffs. If you’re in Paracas this is a must.
