- Tetiaroa - Snorkeling around the boat and along the reef with the equipment provided on board. Many marine species to observe: reef fish, sharks, you can even hear the whales in the distance.

A beautiful excursion for New Year's Eve! - A superb sunny day ideal for this beautiful excursion to Tetiaroa!
A very good boat, a crew of thunder and tasty meals! Good music, breathtaking scenery, friendly encounters, in short it was really good! Teens loved it and so did my 77-year-old mom!

Tetiaora, an unforgettable moment with Poe Charter - Beautiful excursion that I highly recommend, because the beauty of polynesia passes through Tetiaora. We had made the excursion with Poe Charter, the crew is at the top, with little care with the passengers. Breakfast, lunch and snack was excellent and unlimited. Nothing to complain about on this excursion, not to be missed with Poe Charter.

Fun, but could have been better. - Friendly host. Great food and snacks. Expected more time to snorkel and see different snorkeling locations. Boat was okay but felt a bit crowded.

Very nice excursion - Very nice excursion to do despite a staff who almost did not interact with the people on the boat! Including one who spent her time sunbathing and bathing instead of holding the group explaining that you should not walk on Bird Island!

Lies - Liars!!!
Be careful if you engage with this company NO REFUND POSSIBLE!!!

After an outing made last year
I wanted to book a new outing with my brother
During the show and after discussion we booked an outing for April 17, 2025 by paying at the request of the person on site 100% of the contract.
We specified that we would definitely leave the island the following week and could not shift this date
“No problem” certifies us the boss
And it assures us that even if it is indicated that no refund can be made
The terms of the contract are in fact the same as for the usual contract.
The trip was cancelled by the charter due to bad weather conditions.
We then called to ask for the refund
And the speech very different!!
IMPOSSIBLE to refund any amount paid
Car sale on the show!!!
We are very disappointed with this lying attitude and despite our requests in view of the situation no agreement possible!!
We just wanted to clarify to other candidates for outings with this company
D be wary and not get caught up in verbal promises!!
We will end this stay very disappointed with the deceptive practices of this company
We got such a beautiful picture of Polynesia, this is the first time we meet hustlers in Tahiti

Catastrophic Commercial Service - On holiday in Polynesia at the beginning of September, we were two families of 4 and 3 who booked the trip to Tetiaroa with Poe Charter.
As planned, we arrived at the pontoon at 5:30 but from there nothing went as planned.
Reservation tickets paid for in November 2023, which we had for the trip did not pass, neither for us nor for our friends, but the skippers still made us get on the catamaran warning us that if we were more than 27 people on the boat it would be problematic.
Indeed after boarding all the passengers we were in the end 33 people on the boat.
One of the skippers then calls his employer to explain the situation.
And we got a first explanation which is that a second boat was chartered for the trip but that the latter under repair had been cancelled and we received an email to inform us. Mail obviously not received by our friends or ourselves, because they had absolutely not sent an email.
The skipper then gives us the phone so that we can talk live with the employer, and there a second explanation is given, namely that they have changed software and our reservations no longer appear.
They're asking us to leave the boat without apology or any commercial gesture.
It was our last day in Polynesia and he was very disappointed by their fault.
They still paid us back (still happy).
