Only way to see Merida - Lovely tour. Bus was modern and clean. I signed up for English but was only given in Spanish. Other than that it was well moderated and decripted. The music and Bombas (jokes) added to flavor of tour.

Worth every penny! - This sightseeing tour of the city of Merida is well worth the time and money. It helps to get acquainted with this beautiful city and also enjoy a very pleasant ride, especially because it's a HOHO type of bus.

Boring - Some of the seats upstairs were not clean. There was bird poop and debris on a few of the seats. Since this is a tourist attraction, and some tourists do not speak Spanish, there should have been an option to select a different language to listen to the guide.

Disappointed senior tourists - This tour was nothing like what was sold to us: it only had one route, not two; it only had 2 stops instead of 12 as shown. It was also more expensive than if we had bought it at the bus and did not offer a senior discount as the provider does.

Not recommended if you don't speak Spanish. - You would think that tourists would ride in a 'tourist bus'. Unfortunately, all the announcements were in Spanish - even though it was previously stated that they would also be explained in English. It was completely uninteresting and totally boring for us because we didn't understand a word. We could have taken one of the public buses for less money. NEVER AGAIN. (We have never experienced that in any other country). It's a real shame.

Well-acted tourist scam - Last week I went to visit Merida with my wife, while waiting at the bus stop, the bus guide, Freddy, approached us. He spoke three languages correctly: English, Italian and Spanish, greeted us and began to tell us the route of the visit. , then he told us that at noon he did not recommend the route and began to tell us about an eco-sustainable store that would have closed one day from now, and he invited us to take us to visit it. When we got there, he handed us over to a saleswoman saying that we needed some local hats for the sun and he began to present us with several options. In the end they insisted a lot to sell us two hats and at the end of the transition it turns out that they charged $300 on my card...they both agreed and the week later when Returning to Merida we saw the same store open and it had not closed. Bravo Freddy....I'm only writing this comment so that no one else falls into this scam...
