Embark on a transformative journey beneath the waves with our discovery freediving program. Whether you’re a seasoned snorkeler or a beginner, here’s the schedule for the day:

Optional Yoga Session (7:30 AM): Begin with a grounding yoga session to set the tone for a day of exploration. It’s the perfect way to awaken your senses and prepare your body.

Freediving Basics (9:00 AM): Dive into an engaging theory class where we introduce the fundamentals of freediving. We keep it simple and fun, ensuring you grasp the essentials.

Pool Training (10:00 AM): Proceed to our pool session, where you’ll get comfy with your freediving gear and practice essential techniques. It’s safe and perfect for newcomers.

The Open Sea Adventure (11:00 AM): With your newfound knowledge, venture to the sea. Experience the mesmerizing underwater realm, dive, float, and enjoy the deep’s serenity. This adventure concludes with a delightful fun dive at the end.

The best part? Your open water dive will be recorded. Relive the memories and share your underwater journey with friends.

BOHOL FREEDIVING - Blessed Afternoon! :D I am sending this note to express my deepest gratitude to the whole team, to Sir Jesse and to Kuya Driver, on their extraordinary kindness, patience and warm assistance. I was truly amazed by the beauty of Bohol most especially Panglao [seeing bunch of Sardines] even if it was my first time there, trying new things. I now know why the foreigners were being captivated by its beauty and they keep coming back. Sorry for the late appreciation due to my busy work here in Cavite. May God bless you all Team Blue Freedom Apnea. See u again when God permits! :)

Competent Coaches - Been wanting to learn freediving since last year and It was the best decision to spend my birthday learning the basics of freediving here at Blue Freedom Apnea Panglao. Greatful to our coach Ms Debora in helping us with breath hold technique. I am particularly greatful to Coach Alroy! He is a competent coah. He’s nice, respectful, good communicator and patient with us all throughout the training. As a beginner in an open water line training i feel so nervous but he made me feel safe and confident. It’s also worth to mention that he is a vegan. 🥗 Had so much fun learning freediving and meeting new friends.

Freediving - Had an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Initially I wanted to do 1 discovery day but I ended up doing 3 days of freediving. All because of the positive energy of Alroy. He was such a good support with the right tips and tricks to be better the next dive. Without him I wouldn’t be able to get the results I wanted. Thank you.

Beyond expectations! - The staff is very friendly and made our freedive experience very memorable in a positive way. We had multiple diving instructors, but Alroy really stood out for us and deserves a 5 star rating on his own. His kind way of teaching and positive feedback while diving really encouraged us to dive more than we originally planned. We would recommend Blue Freedom Apnea for sure and hope that a lot of people get to chance to dive with Alroy as he is one of the best instructors we ever had!

My experience - My recent freediving adventure with Blue Freedom Apnea - Freediving Club was extraordinary. The welcoming community and exceptional instructors made my experience unforgettable. Everything went smoothly - I learned a lot about the theory behind freediving, so it helped me become more skillful in holding my breath and using the fins efficiently. The instructors were also very helpful and informative.

10/10, An amazing experience overall, would definitely recommend - Overall, it was really worth it. I loved the experience, and I'll definitely take what I learned to heart. The coaches were also really accomodating and skilled, so it was easy for us to follow their guidance. Coach Alroy in particular really helped boost my confidence under the water, with numerous tips and advice which helped me gradually improve with each dive.
