Operating Schedule: Monday - Thursday, the first departure will be at 9:30am and the last at 3:45pm. The tour will finish approx. 6:15pm due to rush hour traffic. Frequency of the buses will be every 75 minutes.
Monday - Thursday: Last departure of the second bus at 3:45pm will not pass through Stop 3 Mi Pueblito.
Friday - Sunday: the tour will operate with the normal timetable of 9am - 3:45pm

Great experience!! - The bus service allowed me to see the main tourist attractions in Panama and find my way around the city. Attentive and very polite professionals, especially Argelis. They helped me get information for other tours. Great experience. I recommend.

Amazing Tour!! - Our tour guide, whose name I didn’t fully catch, was so welcoming and informative! This tour is a great way to see and explore different areas of Panamá City and learn more about the city and its history. You have either 24 or 48 hours from the time of activation (first getting on the bus) to enjoy the tour, depending on the option you select. The first tour starts at 9am and the last tour of the day picks up from the Monticentro at or around 3pm. We activated our tickets at 3pm on the first day and was able to come back anytime the next day until 3pm. Please be patient with the bus arrival times as traffic can be very heavy during the day and cause minor delays. Thank you so much for an amazing tour!! We decided to do it last minute and the tour really advanced our stay in Panama!

A Fantastic Choice for Seeing the Sights of Panama City! - Hop-On, Hop-Off is a fantastic way to see many of the sights of Panama City. The major sites like Amador Causeway, Casco Viejo, the Canal, and more are available for a good price. The value is more than worth the price. The buses are air conditioned downstairs and open-air upstairs and the translators are knowledgeable and excellent with their translations. My wife and I have been to Panama City many times over the last 20 years and are thrilled to be able to go to our favorite places without having the expense of taking taxis everywhere. We will use them again and again when we go to Panama City. We highly, highly recommend Hop-On, Hop-Off!!

Great for an overview of the city - We wanted an overview of the city, and we definitely got that. The guide was sometimes hard to understand, mostly because of the bus acoustics…we were on the top/open air. The combination of road conditions and the bus itself made for a VERY bumpy ride. Add to that it was extremely windy, and we felt a little beat up by the end of the day. Others have given this service low ratings because of the wait time. We only hopped off once and the bus arrived 5 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Hopping around Panama City - Despite the poor reviews we were happy with this hop on/off bus. Gives you a great overview to the main sights in Panama City. The app with real time bus tracking is nice as well. My only complaint is the wait between buses is about an hour, although that gives you time to hop off and explore.

Not so convenient. - The tour runs one-way so you can't cross the street to shorten it. Also, the frequency is problematic at a quoted 45 min to an hour. The staff are friendly and pleasant. I would suggest doubling the number of buses and extending closing route times. When I was in Mexico City they did it right. I would suggest a private trip.

Don't - Unlike Cartagena in Columbia this was dreadful. Very poor information on route and we stayed on whole trip to run back to Old Town stop and had to get taxi back to port at cost of over 100usd. Map and route not good with a lot of double backing all in all experience to forget.
