Best. Food. Tour. Ever. - You know how it’s nice to have a friend who knows everyone and is great at arranging fun? This tour is like that. All we had to do was book and Sorhay took care of everything. We got to see a bunch of different neighborhoods in Panama City. More important- the food was awesome. Sorhay gave us a ton of options throughout the tour and arranged it to be exactly perfect for us. We ate at 6 places all of which were completely different from each other and delicious. I never expected dim sum in Panama- amazing! Tamales like you’ve never imagined, ceviche to die for and that was just the beginning. All great food ending with 4 different flavors of the best churros on the planet. We’ve been on at least 10 food tours and this was easily the smoothest. Sorhay knows everyone and treats them well, which means when she and her guests show up you get stellar service. Even though she tailored the tour to us as we were in it it felt like each of these very busy places was waiting for us so we could have a fantastic time there. In addition to the food we learned a lot about Panamanian culture, wildlife and history. I can’t say enough good things about this tour. You must make time for it if you’re in Panama City. The fact that 100% of the reviews are 5 stars and someone else already named a review Best.Day.Ever. gave us really high expectations. Even with that, the tour exceeded expectations by far.

Great Tour - The owner/guide was exceptionally knowledgeable. Not only did we get to taste some great local foods we also saw many great sights including the Panama Canal, rain Forrest & we even saw a Sloth up close. The guide gave us options tailoring the tour to what we wanted get out of it.

Experience of a Lifetime - Sorhay was the best part of our experience. We had a lovely time from the moment she picked us up. She was entertaining, accommodating, funny, generous and friendly. Sorhay asked us immediately what type of experience we wanted and she went above and beyond our expectations. We learned so much about the food, history and people of Panama. We experienced so many new flavors of fruit, and we went to restaurants that we would consider frequenting after our tour. Panamanian Culture - What an amazing trip. Our guide Sorhay was truly the special treat of this excursion. Her knowledge of the "real" Panama gave us the opportunity to taste local cuisine off the tourist path. We also had side excursions thru the jungle that put us face to face with a sloth and a pack coatimundi. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a true Panamainian experience!!!

Wonderful Experience - Great tour that gave us a view of parts of the city that we would not have otherwise found. Totally recommend this tour. We typically do a food tour when we go to a new city or country, and this was definitely one of the best. Panama has a lot of great food, and this tour is a wonderful way to experience it. The tour was a good mix of history and culinary delights. Our guide went the extra mile for us. Treat yourself and do this!

Best in Panama! - What a fun day with Sorhay! She was remarkable and could not have been a better guide. We were an older couple with our adult daughter. She made sure all “tastes” were taken into account. Sorhay took us to a variety of places, a fabulous fruit market, coffee shop, sweets, and even popular a popular Chinese restaurant. By the end of the day, we were full and very happy! All the food was perfect and true representations of Panama life. We did not feel like we were tourists…so much fun…Strongly recommend! Great tour and guide.

Amazing - We had the most amazing food experience. We went to so many different types of restaurants. Solhay (not sure of spelling) so amazing. She quizzed us as to what types of foods we would like to try and based on our answers she was off and running. We must have gone to ten different places. She ended up spending quite a bit of extra time with us and even took us to the port at the end. Highly recommend. You won’t be sorry
