Panama at its best - What a tour with an amazing guide! We got to see practically everything: capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, tamarin monkeys, sloths, toucans, iguanas, crocodiles. Without mentioning how cool it is to be in a small boat next to the giant container ships crossing the canal. The breakfast was also very good. So sad to see all of the tours next to ours that feed the monkeys though. They ruin the experience for everyone because the monkeys go to sleep afterwards (and they get diabetes).

Don't pass this trip up - definitely worth it! Animals galore! - This is a great tour. We got close to a big ship in the Panama Canal and then we went to see wildlife both by boat and by walking through the jungle. We saw alligators, lizards, monkeys, sloths, toucans, and more! Mike was a great tour guide and even sheared architectural and engineering knowledge on the trip. One of my favorites in Panama!

Would HIGHLY recommend! - First time in Panama and knew I had to hit the hotspots- rainforest, monkeys and Panama Canal so I booked this tour. Our guide Michael was incredibly knowledgeable of Panama and the 5 hours flew by. When we rolled up to Monkey Island these little monkeys hopped on our boat and it was such a dream. The lunch also might have been my favorite part- the food was from a local spot and absolutely delish. They even gave me the hot sauce bottle to take home because I couldn't put it down😇 !! Michael gave the group his recommendations for bars and restaurants as well as his WhatsApp in case we needed other suggestions for our time there. Truly a great experience and I would highly recommend. Thanks Michael!!

Wonderful Experience - Paola was an excellent guide, friendly and very knowledgeable! We were able to see quite a few wild animals on our trip: crocodiles, three different types of monkeys, plenty of birds and blue butterflies!

A Fun Rainforest Adventure - We had a wonderful time on the 5 hour tour. The boat ride was really fun and it was cool to ride next to big cargo ships who were traveling through the canal. We got to see some monkeys as well as crocodiles and many different bird species from the boat. After the boat ride we were treated to a Panamanian breakfast that was absolutely fantastic. We were staying on a resort where the breakfast buffet was pretty good, but this was by far the tastiest breakfast we had during our time in Panama. The rainforest walk was also really cool. We saw lots of wildlife including a large group of howler monkeys which was amazing. Paola was a fantastic tour guide. She was so friendly and made sure everybody was having fun. She also was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the canal and all of the wildlife we saw, which was great. She really made the tour as incredible as it was.

Fantastic tour - It was a truly fantastic trip. We were on vacation in Curacao and decided to make a two-day mini trip of our flight connection in Panama. We booked the 5-hour combo trip and can't say enough great things about it. The guide was the best part. He was a wealth of knowledge and fed it to you at your speed. He didn't force information on you but seemed to know everything. The views were incredible. The wildlife was everywhere. I cannot recommend this enough. Going into this, my expectations were very low as these are often like cattle-driven blah-blah, blah trips, but this was a very special trip indeed.

Definitely worth it - Like many other reviewers have said, Paola was a fantastic guide! Extremely informative and helpful. The small bus/van was very comfortable and roomy. You start off with a trip to the canal and Paola telling you much of the history of it on the way there. Then you get on a boat and travel down the canal to the Monkey Islands. We saw a number of toucans, capuchin monkeys, and howler monkeys. After the boat ride, you're taken to a small village (Gamboa) where you're provided an authentic Panamanian breakfast. After breakfast, it's a short ride to the rainforest/jungle where you walk on a gravel path for about a mile with your guide pointing out a number of trees, flowers, and animals along the way. We were lucky enough to see a sloth and several more howler monkeys here. Definitely recommend this tour!
