Welcome to yoga practitioners of every level. With a requirement of at least two participants, I offer coaching and a range of choices suitable for all fitness levels. I provide yoga mats, blocks, and other necessary props. Join us at the chosen venue, and have Katie guide you through your yoga journey. The practice commences with breathing exercises, then progresses to simple preventative exercises such as Tai Chi, Sun salutations, warrior poses, balancing stands, hip openers, twisting movements, and forward bends, concluding with calming meditation.

We welcome partners, buddies and teams for this one-of-a-kind open-air yoga experience amidst natural beauty. Prepare to be enthralled by the park’s magnificent scenary. All needs are catered by us, all you have to do is turn up, ready to engage in your yoga ritual. The session may start with Tai Chi inspired warm ups. Using our breathing techniques, we’ll delve deeper into our yoga stream. The session will invariably conclude with a period of relaxation and meditation. This yoga practice session is open to all levels of proficiency.
