SO MUCH FUN! - This was the absolute best time! Even my husband, who doesn’t like “thrill” rides loved this! Our teenagers were green from ear to ear the entire time. The driver was very friendly and professional. We will definitely do this again. The next time we are in town recommend to anyone who likes to go fast!

Beware: Weather Cancellation, Disputed Refund - I recently had a disappointing experience with the Scream Machine that left me very dissatisfied. I had booked six tickets in advance for their event, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to bad weather. While they were initially polite and reassuring through text messages, assuring me that they would refund my money as we were unable to reschedule, I was left waiting for the refund that never arrived. In an attempt to recover my funds, I had to resort to my credit card dispute process. Even then, the Scream Machine challenged the dispute, which only added to my frustration. It was disheartening to have to prove that they indeed offered a refund in case of inclement weather. I finally secured the refund in October from a July vacation. This entire ordeal has left me with a negative impression, and I would strongly advise against booking in advance for any event hosted by the Scream Machine. Do not pay in advance It's unfortunate that even when faced with a legitimate reason for a refund, they made the process needlessly difficult and time-consuming.
