Background:
Panama, a charming and culturally rich nation, is tucked away safely in the Americas, serving as the bridge from North to South. It’s a bustling travel center, famous for the Panama Canal and its stable U.S. dollar economy.
Panama City, with over 500 years of history, is the earliest city built by the Spaniards on the American Pacific coast. As per Vogue magazine in 2019: ‘Why Panama Is the destination… Panama City— the longest inhabited European settlement on the American Pacific coasts— Ancient walls, towering modern skyscrapers, and a blend of African, Indigenous Panamanian, and Spanish cultures all contribute to the vibrant ‘Miami of Central America.’
