Chocolate Factory - We arrived earlier than scheduled and were able to be seen. The customer service and the experience was amazing. The process of making chocolate was explained in detail and the different chocolates we were able to taste were great. I wish I was able to pick the type of chocolate we were able to make though. But overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend for a good time in Panama.

Eric was incredible at... - Eric was incredible at explaining the process from where the cacao is sourced in Panama to the chocolate making process, demonstrating each step and having us try it out and making our own chocolate bar!

Tasty education - First, the chocolate bar was quaint and inviting. I could see myself relaxing with a cup of coffee accompanied by chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised with the information given on the process of making chocolate and the laboratory it is made in. The small chocolate laboratory is located on the second floor. The chocolate bar making experience was fun and delicious. There was even a tasting of flavored chocolate bites after while the chocolate bars were hardening in the refrigerator. I’d highly recommend this experience to all of the chocolate lovers visiting Panama.

Nome Chocolate Experience - It was very fun and informative. Even though it was more demonstration than actual cooking, our Nome rep was knowledgeable, patient and answered a bunch of questions. The biggest bonus is the chocolate is outstanding.

Nomé Chocolate Class - Rolando was very knowledgeable and informative about the chocolate process. I loved being able to create my own chocolate bar and then try the different grades of chocolate and taste the difference.

Chocolate making - A very good hour demonstration on making artesianal chocolate. We then got to pour ur own bar and add any nuts, fruits etc that we wanted. This course included a chocolate tasting of 4 or 5 different chocolates with either bubbly, soda or water. I also bought a few of their bars. I recommend this class when in Panama. The location is good with good restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Adults and kids will love this! - One of the highlights of our trip to Panama! Located in the beautiful Old City, close to the center of town and incredible restaurants, this was such a fun afternoon activity to do with our two kids (ages 5 years and 10 months) before heading to dinner nearby. The tour started upstairs at a demonstration table with the lab operating behind. I don't remember the name of our guide (which is awful because they were AMAZING), but they allowed us to taste cacao from fruit to bean to nib to liquid form and then guided us through the process of making our own chocolate bar. They were especially so amazing to my eldest, answering his questions, choosing him to make his chocolate bar first, bringing him into the lab to get everyone's chocolate bars and even sneaking him a free bonbon. The tour ended with a chocolate tasting and then we were given our chocolate bars to take home. 10/10 would recommend especially if you have kids. So awesome!!

Chocolate experience - Enjoyed the ability to learn how chocolate is created and make a bar of my own. I would recommend that the group be limited as we had over 20 in a small area. It was hard for everyone to see and hear.

Chocolate Learning - Let me start by saying the staff and business itself are great. I enjoyed how friendly and inviting they were. The only Con I have is I felt something was missing. For the price, not much was offered. I was also looking to experience more of a chocolate making experience. We LEARNED about the process, got to pour chocolate in a mold and top with toppings. I was disappointed you only got to pour 1 bar.

Fun for Kids, but Overpriced - Overall, it was nice, but there were too many people, which made it crowded and a bit hard to see the demonstration. The kids had fun, but overall the value felt rather limited compared to the price.
