Cook the meal yourself and see just how good you are at fulfilling some Panamanian recipes! 2 appetizers, 1 main dish, 1 desert and bottomless mojitos!
You’ll learn, cook and eat:
- Fish ceviche (appetizer)
- Guacamole with banana chips (appetizer)
- Butter cassava with herbs
- Pepper jam
- Arroz con pollo (main dish)
- Bottomless lime and mint mojitos

- Carimanõlas - Yucca mash cake filled with ground beef. Excellent bar food

Fantastic! Must try! - Winnie is amazing. Great course, great food! So fun and friendly, and really interesting recipes and tricks. The mojitos were good too!!🥰🥰

Fun times cooking! - OMG Where do I start? Ms Tanya was awesome! Super professional and very mom-like! She made sure not only that you learned how to cook the dish, but you also knew how to prepare for it! She's very sweet and hospitable. But the food.. oh my goodness! Had I not have a busy weekend for the next 3 weeks I would definitely be cooking the arroz con pollo! But I will be making the plantains this weekend! This was a great Excursion away from the Sun and water. I highly suggest you to try it. And I love how we cooked the sauce to go with the chicken and learned about the different ingredients that goes into the sauce! My goodness this was worth every penny if not more! Don't be stupid.. try it out! It's worthy! Trust me it's worth every penny! I'm not proofreading this because it was too long lol.

Cook in Panama - Wonderful cooking class and experience! We learned 10 difference delicious Panamanian dishes as well as mojitos. There was plenty of food and the atmosphere was relaxed. We really loved all of the dishes. The chef was accommodating to dietary restrictions and made sure everyone felt at home. It was a small group experience with 4 people in the class total so you don’t feel left out.

Fun, interesting, sociable, great host - Just completed Chef Winnie’s class; what a fabulous, memorable experience! Made to feel so welcome along with new friends and everyone got involved. Superb host, learnt a lot about Panamanian cuisine and had a lot of fun at the same time! Highly recommended

Delicious food and great accommodations - Tanya was phenomenal! She was so accommodating to our group. One of our friends is vegetarian. The recipes were delicious and there was extra food and drinks at the end. She was so nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to any groups of individuals

Chef Winnie was the absolute best! - Chef Winnie is the absolute best! Very hands on, clean & informative. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming to see her whenever in Panamá. She was amazing! We loved her. Will definitely be back!
