- Pamukkale Thermal Pools - The travertines are formed by a multifaceted chemical reaction and subsequent precipitation of various causes and environments. Water springs from ground with high level of Calcium Hydrocarbonate at a temperature of 35.6 degrees C; and this causes carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide to evaporate and leave calcium carbonate to precipitate and form the travertine.

Wonderful time in Hierapolis and Pamukkale - Vedat told us a lot of stories regarding the history of Turkey and the places we were visiting. He allowed us time to enjoy Hierapolis and Pamukkale. We had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend.

Awesome guide - Vedat was a great tour guide. He gave us a comprehensive historical background of Turkiye. He was also very helpful in guiding us through Pamukkale and Hierapolis, the highlights, and what parts we can explore on our own depending on our interests. Vedat is very cheerful and always was happy to answer any questions

Well organised activity - The activity is well organised in a small group that the trip is designed to avoid visiting pamkku in peak hours. The lunch is also out of expectation. The guide is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this

Mel - Very impressive and passionate guide - Mel was our guide and I would give her 20 on a scale of told.
She told us how she became a guide. At the age of 9, she lived near Ephesus in school holiday time and was curious why so many people were going there. So she just joined one group. Guards did not care as she was too young. When the tour ended, people started giving the guide tips. So this little girl thought "Oh, you can make money for just talking". So she went in the evening after the guides changed. And the next day and the next day. Then one of the guards noticed that this girl comes everyday and confronted her. Then, she proudly told the guard that she wants to become a guide and that is she keeps coming. Guards started letting her go and that is is how her guide training started at 9! That must be youngest trainee guide.
All the guides have some proprietary and unique things to say. Now, she has joined many groups and she knows such proprietary things from many guides.
She has visited the place since many years with many guides. She is passionate and very knowledgeable. Do ask questions about Turkish traditions.
You will learn the things that you can learn nowhere. Passionate about her work, hospitality in her nature and impressively well mannered.
As I said, I would give her 20 on scale of 1 to 10.

Kusadasi bought to life - Kusadasi and the surrounding area was sensational but what really bought it to life was the stories and information provided by our young guide. Her university education, studying history and tourism was obvious as she described what happened and why. At each location, we were provided with her detailed and nuanced understanding of Turkish history. We don’t speak Turkish but her English was fantastic so we learnt and gained from her perspective. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Melike as your guide, if you can. She was also fun, generous and engaging.

Excellent day trip to Pamukkale & Hierapolis; Mel was first-class guide - We thoroughly enjoyed a memorable day trip to Pamukkale & Hierapolis with Mel from Apasas Travel. Mel was polite, attentive, and professional throughout the tour and was always making sure we got the most out of our day. Her historical knowledge was deep and insightful and she also took us to an excellent restaurant for lunch. At Pamukkale, Mel gave us exactly the right amount of time to explore the wonderful scenery by ourselves and at the Hierapolis ruins she really brought the Greek & Roman history to life. We would strongly recommend Apasas Travel and Mel to other travelers.

Beautiful place and nice tour - We made 2 tours with this agency. Our hotel was in Selcuk.
Mel was an excellent guide and she was very kind. The drivers were also very good. Fírst tour was Ephesus: we liked everything. Second tour was Pamukkale: it took 3 hours from Selcuk to Pamukkale but the views and the experience in the white pools was amazing. Just an observation: lunch was good but not so delicious as lunch homemade of Ephesus tour.
If you intend to spend more time at Pamukkale, it is better to stay in Denizili.

Pammukale tour - Pammukale was amazing, wish we can spend more time there. Melike, the tour guide took good care of the group with good knowledge of the destination. The buffet lunch was not bad but it is not as good as the lunch offered to the Ephesus tour. Hotel pick up as on time. Driver was very kind..
