Hot hair balloon flight - Amazing experience with this tour .very well organised .Jown Wick he was very good tour guide.also made our journey back home made very memorable.

Best guide in Turkey - Thoroughly enjoyed our experience with 'John Wick' aka Keanu Reeves aka Ibrahim - our guide for the day. He was a good conversationalist and kept everyone on the bus entertained. Very enterprising and glad we got to the balloons on time and had an amazing experience. We had issues with the van breaking down on the way back but he sorted the issue and got us on a replacement transport very efficiently. Highly recommend this tour and especially the guide as we had a great time even though it was a long day.

The balloon experience... - The experience of hot air ballooning and knowing Pamukkale has been fantastic, our guide has accompanied us at all times and helped in everything. During the balloon trip we have felt very safe and quiet, I definitely recommend this agency to know Pamukkale and travel by balloon.

Good company providing quality and honest service in Antalya - The office of Nirvana service is located in the Old Town. The cameraman gave all the details, answered all the clarifying questions, and was always in touch.
At night, we were picked up from the hotel by a shuttle service, and taken to the general collection point.
The guide was called Ibrahim, or simply "John Wick," when you see him, you'll think so too 🙂
John Wick is very serviceable and polite, easily told in English the whole tour, always tried to listen to everyone's request, and always tried to help, which is very, very nice!
They took a ball ride, took it to Pamukalla, took a walk around Gerapolis, a very busy day!
The only thing is, if you bought a tour with a full package (breakfast and lunch, tickets to museums and a balloon ride), but the guide tells you that breakfast is not included, don't be alarmed, he's not trying to fool you. The office may not always fully communicate information to the guide at once, and he may not be aware. Which is what happened to us.
We calmly informed Ibrahim, and after five minutes he led us to the Swedish cafe line without any problems. Amazing tour, amazing drivers and guide, thank you for your holiday!

Magical place a must experience - The trip in total was magical, would definitely recommend. The hot air ballon ride was amazing, a must do!! Seeing the sun rise from the sky was amazing!! The Ruins was stunning and John Wick our tour guide explained it very well so interesting! Going to the thermal pools was beautiful and great to see so many with water in them. We got free time to explore more and lunch all included. The journey was long for us, staying in Alanya, so be prepared for a very long day. But they make adequate stops for you always on time so really was worth the trip. Big thank you to our guide John Wick and the bus drivers throughout the day. Go book it!!!

Hot air balloon - One of the most breathtaking experiences of my life. 1000 meters up in the air , watching the beautiful city of Pamukkale. Our tour guide Ibrahim was so funny and helpful. Thanks for the experience

A wonderful journey on a hot balloon - It was really well organized trip.Thanks a lot to our Guide, who was an experienced and presented in amazingly interactive and pleasant manner. Waiting for more opportunities to travel with him.
The hot balloon flight itself was also so we'll coordinated with the whole team including the a nice pilot , the fireman,the team who drove,who set a flight,who caught us when we were landing. A special thanks to our driver who sleeplessly drove us for these adventures all night long. The flight itself was also so amazing! Working with my friend to put a short movie we caught from above on YouTube channel.

Awesome experience in Pamukkale - The trip is well organised, exceptionally well. In spite of very early pickup, we had enough energy for the whole adventure, due to possibility to take couple long naps while driving to the Pamukkale and back. Thanks to solid driving skills of Schumacher (our driver’s nickname), the drive was smooth and swift. Special thanks to Ibrahim (John Wick) for very interesting excursion, friendliness and attention to the guests needs. And off course big thanks to the hot air balloon team with a captain called DJ. Aforementioned people are hard working and qualified. They deserve respect and good tips (I am sure you would feel the same after been under theirs care). Thank you guys, keep up the great work.

Bucket list experience. And its worth every penny - It was awesome and my kids loved it. Went with my wife and my 6 and 8 years old kids. It was so fun and safe. The hot air balloon pilot was fun and awesome. The bus driver was great and the tour guide Ibrahim aka JOHN WICK was the best, So friendly, helpful and fun such a cool guy
But the bus was not conducive as you cant recline the seat to rest well when the trip to and fro takes about 3hrs plus each way.

Excellent 👌🏼 - I went on a tour with my 10-year-old child. I really enjoyed it! We got the emotions we wanted. I would like to express my gratitude to the guide, Ibrahim, for his attentiveness and responsiveness. The tour was well-organized, and we had enough time to see everything we wanted and take beautiful photos.
