How the other half live! - An hour spent admiring the wonderful buildings (Cathedral) and the fantastic array of multi zillion pound boats in the harbour. Only €12 for an hour and it has a bar on board too. The weather was red hot so it was very pleasant to get out on the water and soak up some rays. We also got up close and personal with a huge cruise ship (yak)! I would recommend this little trip, take a load of those aching legs and admire the way the other half live. One can but dream!!

A nice break from walking - We purchased this boat trip together with tickets for the hop on hop off bus. We have used this busses before in different cities so we’re looking forward to this day out. The boat trip itself was really enjoyable, the boat went at a nice slow speed around the port and out towards the cathedral. We were offered a hat which was a nice touch as the sun was super hot. It was a nice relaxing tour that lasted about an hour, could have been made better by some kind of commentary. The bus on the other hand hand was disappointing.

Bit Strange In Parts... - Bus tour was fine with audio guide. The boat tour, although the staff were nice, was a bit strange as we only saw Palma Catheral and oil tankers!

Tour Guide “In a Hurry” - Palma is a pretty city but I knew we were in trouble early on when the tour guide was verbally upset when a few of us had difficulty finding our bus after a bathroom break that obviously took too long to suit her schedule! After that, she continued on with the designated stops on the tour but apparently had her own agenda since she often just spoke to the immediate tourists closest to her and failed to ascertain whether or not the entire group was with her. Rosa was very knowledgeable but was not considerate of our needs as a tourist in a foreign country. We received a 10% refund which equaled about $9. We will next time select something or someone else.

The worst hop-on, hop off experience we have had - We booked our tickets online in the hope of avoiding the queues. Nope. You have to queue up with everyone at stop 1 to get a paper ticket, it took so long! They also seemed to just be letting enough people on to fill the top of the bus, even though the bottom was empty. I can't tell you anything about the city as the headphone jacks didn't work, when they did, one of the "sights" was a shopping centre. We went on 3 buses, 1 of these the canopy was broken, luckily we spotted our toddler playing with the exposed tacks before she injured herself. The other 2 buses had broken air conditioning units above the wheelchair/pram spots. I managed to spot the leak before I put my pram underneath it but another family were not so lucky and their pram was soaked. Positives were that we booked the ultimate ticket so we went on the boat (nice and relaxing but not a tour boat, no audio. Staff were lovely). If you can book the boat without the bus then do that. With the ultimate ticket you also got a free drink at a restaurant, the restaurant was lovely, we stayed for food and drink. Again, just avoid the bus and go for drinks here anyway. There was also a 3 for 2 ice cream coupon. Ice cream was delicious. In summary, this was a very expensive, and time consuming, way to travel to the castle. Avoid it if you can.

DREADFUL lack of information, bus stops not easy to identify, lack of busses…… - Bus stops closed and not marked as closed, bus stops not easily identified as city bus stops. In frequent buses. Bought tickets from hotel they hadn’t been notified of stop closures, they were also under the impression that busses run every 20 minutes but they were more like every 40 minutes. Perhaps they need to tell ticket sellers to inform people to download app, as when out and about not easy to do. I have also been all over the world and this is far the worse service ever…. Total waste of money and there was eight of us, we ended up using a taxi.

Cancellations are not possible!!! - Cancellations are not possible!!! Even if you were unable to use the service. You had to wait 1 hour for the buses and the boat was broken. Experiences in Palma 04.10.2023. The emails are only answered by machine. We will now get the purchase amount back via our credit card.

Don’t waste your money on this! - Complete waste of money! The bus was so crowded that we had to stand. The earphones are so poor quality that you cannot understand anything the guide is saying. No ac. I enjoyed a lot more when I took just the regular bus, which also costs only a fraction of this. After the trip the company asked for feedback. Most of my feedback was negative and only the positive part was published

Fatal - We have been waiting in line for more than 1 hour, the people in charge at the stop do not solve anything for you. They only say to wait and on top of that the tour ends at 5 p.m. so if we are lucky to get on the bus we will have to go back I don't recommend it at all

Avoid avoid avoid! - We bought 2 tickets online but bus driver only scanned 1 so we got charged for the 'free' castle entrance. Cathedral took 1hr 20 mins to get to from Plaza d'Espana where we boarded. Stop numbers not announced; headphone jacks either not working or terrible audio; commentary out of sync with location; couldn't find restaurant for free upgraded drink/ice cream! Pouring rain but bus drove off without being full. Expensive mistake! Take a taxi instead!!!
