Old Town segway tour - Brilliant scoot around Palma old town and sea front. The segway is far better than trudging around the town in the heat of the day.

Loved it - Our guide was fantastic. There were 6 in our group and was always checking we were ok. He was very informative on our tour of Mallorca old town. Very knowledgeable and he loved his job. Fully recommend

Fun in the sun - Decided to use this segway tour to see as much of Palma as possible. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the tour, with plenty stops for pictures. Certainly saw much more than we would have done on foot. Segways were perfect for zipping through the narrow streets and only took 5mins to master. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience, would certainly use similar tours now in other locations. Both myself and my partner thought it was good value for money and gave us a memorable experience.

Good tour after they finally showed up. - We showed up at our tour time of 1pm to find the store shuttered. We waited and waited and I thought we were being stood up, but then a man came out of the bakery next door and told us they would be opening soon. After waiting a while longer, the man from the bakery offered to call them. Just then, the guide showed up with a group from a previous tour and opened the store front. He has no idea about our 1pm tour but said we could join two others for a tour at 2pm. We waited some more and finallly got started at 2:30 which was when our tour was supposed to be ending. Since we had others waiting for us, we only were able to tour for 60 mins. The guide, Michael, was very nice and did a good job. And once we got going, it was enjoyable. Just a bit disappointing that we paid for a 90 min tour and could only do 60 after waiting for 90 mins in the hot street. Felt like we should’ve been compensated a little.

Total Scam - Arrived on time and nobody there. Place was closed up and when I called no oone answered. Total scam do not book with this company.

Avoid at all costs!! - I booked the tour in advance to see the highlights of Palma on a weekend away with my son. The shop was closed (as you van see in my photo). The phone number on the booking was wrong and nobody answered when I called the number on the ship window. My son was devastated and we wasted so much time when we were only visiting for a couple of days. I then checked other reviews (which I should have done before booking) and this appears to be a frequent issue. I suspect we were the only ones booked onto that time slot and they couldn't be bothered to turn up for 2 customers. Luckily I was able to get a late booking with 2 wheel tours Palma. The tour guide for 2 wheels was excellent and they have is some great recommendations. If you are looking to book a Palma tour please avoid these cowboys and look for an alternative (we would recommend 2 wheel tours). Credit to viator we did receive a full refund within a couple of days.

Avoid this company - Our booking was cancelled last minute whilst we were on our way to the meeting point; very disappointing. We were given no reason for the cancellation but we did get an email saying “good news, you’ll get a full refund”. This is the very least I’d expect! They rely on people not bothering with a refund. We were able to book another tour with 2 Wheel Tours Palma who were brilliant. Old Town Palma Tours are very unprofessional, avoid them at all costs.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - did not show up! - We booked this through Get your Guide….. We turned up at the address 20 minutes before our start time and the shop was all shut up - although we could see the segways. Tried contacting via the phone number and it rang off. We waited until 11.50 and still no-one showed up. Complete scam - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Luckily we managed to get a tour with 2 Wheel Tours who were brilliant and have had many customers come from Seg Zone Palma with the same horror stories!

Totally bogus operator. - Went to address provided to pickup ticket. It was closed. Tried calling numbers provided no answer. Emailed TripAdvisor no response. Basically paid for something and got nothing. Still waiting for TripAdvisor to respond with refund. Was a bogus journey. Proceed with extreme caution.
