Beautiful - Palma is a very beautiful city and the Cathedral is very special. Peter was an excellent guide. We have leant a lot about the history of Palma and the Cathedral.

Successful trip - We had a great trip to Palma, including a visit to the cathedral and a short tour of the city. Melanie was very committed and was happy to pass on her knowledge to us. She was also patient with our kids. With Francisco we had a good bus driver at our side. Thank you for this wonderful day!

Palma Cathedral athedral and City - Amazing cathedral well worth a visit. It's so large when you go in the entrance and the architecture on the outside is so technical considering how old the cathedral is. The old city streets are very quaint with lots of individual shops. If you want high end shops you've got them as well like Hugo Boss. Great guide Juan very helpful and funny a great asset to No Frills had him on the Drach cave tour as well. The coach driver was Very good as well. Highly recommend this company.

Nice but difficult to find the meeting point - Nice explanation bout the cathedral and very friendly guide Juan.The only negative thing was,that the meeting point was not clear and I couldnt find it .I had to contact the operator many times and finally I called the guide and joined the Tour.I was late about 20 minutes because of the difficulty to find the meeting point.

Old town beautiful and very good tour - Tour guide was very informative and 90 minutes was perfect amount of time. Would have given 5 stars except tour guide was 10 minutes late and meeting point was unclear.

Tour guide was great. Finding location difficult - Jeannine was an excellent tour guide. However difficult finding location from cruise port. The food was not to my liking however.

OK - There were too many people and most of the tour was about the cathedral and hardly anything about the Old Town.

The worst tour ever - I received no reply to an email request for more information prior to the tour. However, we arrived 15 minutes before the tour was due to start at 11.20am. Lots of other tour groups were there but our guide arrived 15 minutes late without ant apology. In the interim, we had tried to contact the organisers by phone, without success. There were about 30 people in the group, and the tour was conducted in German and English despite being advertised as being in English. However, usually with such a big group I would have expected to receive ear pieces which we didn’t and as a consequence unless you were near the front, it was difficult to hear. Also the guide had a very heavy accent which added to the difficulty. After we left the Cathedral, we had had enough and dropped out The worst tour ever and poor value for money I will put my views on social media and will not be using Viator again

Definitely not worth the money - We were very disappointed with this tour. We booked online the night before and, although the guide was very pleasant, the group was much much too big (about 40+) which meant it was impossible to move quickly, stay together, and hear what the guide was saying. We felt that we really only visited the Cathedral, which was magnificent, but we were given no sense of the bigger city. We also felt that we had been 'added on' to another group already on holiday. Individual audio links to the guide would have improved this situation. I would not recommend.
