An insightful introduction to Palermo - This guided tour was such a great way to unlock a new, more informed look at Palermo and its rich history. Salvatore was very friendly and knowledgeable about his home town. He explained the city's layout and architecture from a historical perspective, which all makes sense as you wander through the different areas on your own later. He also surprised us with some interesting details that we had literally walked straight past earlier because we didn't know about them. As this is a private tour it makes for a more personal and tailored experience, and you can stand close enough to hear each other speak (Palermo is not a quiet city!). At the end of our stay in Palermo, I asked my family about their highlights of the week, and everyone agreed Salvatore's tour came out on top. I really recommend taking this tour at the beginning of your stay, it will only enrich the rest of it. Grazie, Salvatore!

Awesome guide - Luca was extremely knowledgeable about the city, he was also friendly and funny. We enjoyed learning about the city with him so later in the week we could go back for a more in depth look. He also recommended the restaurant for our first night, and made reservations for us! It was absolutely perfect. Thank you Luca! I highly recommend him as a guide.

Brilliant introduction to a beautiful city - Luca was a brilliant guide, easygoing and so knowledgable! We thoroughly enjoyed the tour- you see a lot in a short time, really a great introduction to a beautiful city! Luca also recommended a brilliant spot for a drink after our tour- we would never have found it without the recommendation and enjoying a cold beer on the beach on our first night in Palermo was bliss! Thanks so much Luca!

Michaelangelo was... - Michaelangelo was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and intelligent when explaining the history and sights. He answered all of our questions regarding the city, Sicily in general and the Sicilian culture. He gave great restaurant and bar recommendations. 5/5 stars for him!

Great - Michelangelo was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the city and made sure to show us places we specifically wanted to see. We learned a lot about Palermo in the short amount of time we had to visit and felt very satisfied with the tour. Would recommend him to anyone. Was a memorable part of our tripz

Great quick tour of Palermo - I spent 2 hours with Loredana who pointed out the main sites of interest in Palermo. She is proud of her city and it shows. I later went back to spend time at the places I was interested in. We stopped for granita at a great place near the Royal Palace and she gave me the name of a lovely restaurant where I had dinner one night. I was travelling solo and the tour helped me to find my way around the city.
