Best way to start a trip to Palermo! - Fulvio is a natural host, he loves Palermo and that comes through when you do this tour. This is a great tour to book in the beginning of your stay because you will see different areas of the city and learn a bit of history between stops. It was 100% worth it to have a guide through the sprawling Ballerò Market and to know you are trying the best food and snacks. Some of the food sounds a bit intimidating, but it is absolutely delicious. Fulvio also gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drink for the rest of our trip. Grazie mille, Fulvio!!!!

Super tour - Fulvio is a very charming, easygoing host. He showed us historic buildings in Palermo and told the stories behind it. You get to know Palermo through the eyes of a local. You get to taste typical dishes and drinks. So when (not if) we come back and meet again. Grazie mille Fulvio e ci vediamo.

Palermo street food tour with Chef Fulvio - What a wonderful and informative tour with Fulvio. We were a family of four and found Fulvio to be very personable and we enjoyed the food tasting and market place. Chef Fulvio included a little history along with good food and fun. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting an enjoyable introduction to Palermo street food.

Food history and fun - I had the most amazing time walking around with Fulvio in beautiful Palermo. I wouldn’t have found these hidden treasures and got to taste these delicious street food by myself. Fulvio is a charming and very knowledgeable guide and he told me a lot of interesting things about his fascinating hometown. I highly recommend to book a tour with him - it’s definitely worth the money. Thank you Fulvio for everything!

Walking with a friend in Palermo - I went on this tour with my daughter in January 2020 and it was great, we felt like we were shown Palermo by a friend. Fulvio took us on a tour of places we would not have seen without him (the back streets of the city, the oldest bar in Palermo, one of the original gates of the city and the best ice-cream shop in Palermo - and that was no exaggeration), the food was very good and so was the company - he is very funny and we talked about anything and everything. We cannot wait to come back!

Palermo best ever with Fulvio - First day in Palermo and met Fulvio. I was expecting a boring tour with something to eat in the end. But it was so different. Visit a lot of places that you will never visit. Feel the real people and taste of the city. Walking with Fulvio is a unique approach of Palermo, visiting some nice places and tasting delicious simple things, sicilians love. Grazie Fulvio.

Street/Market Food - Fulvio was a fun guide. The tour was good and he was full of information! Just know this is not a gourmet tour - it is a local street/market food tour that encompasses foods sold mainly by his friends in the market. The only thing that would have been better is if he would have allowed us to stop and try other things in the market (so we decided to return after the tour). It was fun!!

Fun and engaging tour of street food in Palermo - Fulbright was a super-fun and engaged guide. We walked through a few markets and tried several “interesting” food items. 😂 He also shared some of the history of Palermo and pointed out significant landmarks as we walked around the city. I personally would have enjoyed trying local seafood items that are available in the markets in addition to the options we had. Overall it was a really enjoyable time spent!
