Optimal! - Beautiful experience! Very comfortable service also enlivened by the kindness of the hostesses on board. In just two days we had the opportunity to meet some of them with whom we chatted amicably. Very available and very organised. To be recommended. A special thank you to the hostess Vanessa who offered us the tour in Monreale. Very nice!

Great easy way to see the main sights of Palermo - Great was to seel the main sights of Palermo, frequent busses and the added bus to Monreal was a added bonus.

the best! - After Marseille and Barcelona, we used this service in Palermo: really fantastic, equipped with headphones like in Barcelona, but with the kindness and smile of very courteous and helpful staff, very close to the port and very very very pleasant. Truly heartfelt congratulations from those who gave us the information leaflet, to those who welcomed us on the bus!

Palermo with hop on hop off - Very good you can see everything at the city and walk to visit what ever you want from the stops. If you go there by cruise you can walk to the first stop

Informative view of Palermo - Was only a short stay on board but was very informative. The only issue was obtaining the final ticket to my mobile due to lack of internet was solved after a little while.

Good bus, bad audio - The bus was comfortable, and the route was good, however, the headphones jacks in many of the headphone ports did not work.

It was okay - The bus service was fine but not a lot to see that you can't see by walking. And don't bother getting off at the botanic gardens or Villa Guilia. The gardens are a disgrace, full of weeds.

You can skip this one - Long waiting time for the buses. The yellow buses from another company do the sameroutes and appears more often and have a better stop at the Monreale. We took the red line the first day, planning to take the blue line next day. Getting up early waiting for at least an hour we were informed this line did not start before 12 - hard to find this information. You can skip this , or try the other company with yellow buses.

Extremely disappointing - Appalling. We waited nearly half an hour for a bus to turn up at Quattro Canti. We'd chosen a hotel nearby for its location as we are elderly and can't walk far. When no bus arrived, we got an expensive taxi to the Norman Palace. There was no bus there, either. Neither was there one at the Cathedral. We ended up walking back to our hotel. So disappointing as we'd been looking forward to a ride around Palermo. When I requested a refund, it was refused. Needless to say, I won't be booking an experience with Tripadvisor ever again.
