Excellent - Was a great experience would go back again and the guide was very helpful. We saw a couple monkeys and went scuba diving was fun!

A busy day with lots of fun! - ALP did a great job managing a very busy list of locations. You will be exhausted after this tour, you definitely get your money's worth. It included snorkeling, lunch, observing the monkey's on the beach (NOTE: that you do not disembark from the vessel onto the beach with the monkeys - this is part of ALPs business requirements for your safety and I was happy not to be one of the tourist attempting to get a selfie with a pack of monkeys then being ended up being chased - they are wild animals!!), lunch is buffet style and since we are vegetarians, they went out of their way to make us vegetarian dishes, and the trip included a visit to Maya Beach. Maya Beach, although amazing, is crawling with people. You may get that an amazing shot if you are patient enough, but the crowds definitely take away the experience of this place. Especially once you get ready to leave the location and you have to wait for others in your group that may not be as punctual as they should. The waiting area is fortunately a shaded grove. I'm curious if Alex Garland and Leonardo DiCaprio knew the extent of the following to get to this beach when the movie was created. Note - that for those that have actually read the novel, Maya Beach isn't actually the beach in the novel, but it was the one from the movie. Doesn't matter, just know you will not be alone, ever, on this beach. You will see a new level of SELF-indulgence at this location from the tourists. Even though the guards are there to prohibit people going into the water farther than their knees, people still do. Anyways, ALP did a fantastic job managing the crowds at the dock and picking us up afterwards. The lagoon after Maya Beach is amazing, ALP did a fantastic job moving in and out of the lagoon. Again, there are a lot of people as this is THE trip to take from Phuket. The snorkeling is amazing around Phi Phi. So many fish and colorful clams. You do not feel rushed when you are in the water. The location with a beach was really nice; recommend going along the swimming area boundary to see the larger fish, plus less people in this area. The reef section is in the middle of the swimming area to see the reef fishes. As this is THE trip from Phuket; I recommend using ALP! They are professional, kind, and a great crew.

Amazing - I used this operator for my both one day trips to James Bind and Phi Phi islands, and they were extremely enjoyable. The instructor made the experience even better and her name is New. She made sure that everyone got the most from the trip.

A island hopping adventure - This trip was unforgettable for so many reasons. The places that you visit/see are absolutely stunning and Oak (our guide) was fantastic - he was fun, informative and always on hand to capture those perfect pictures, all the while making sure everyone was cared for throughout the day. If you’re looking for a little island hopping action with the thrill of the sea breeze through your hair at speed, I can’t recommend this trip enough!

Great tour - We booked the trip to Phi Phi Islands, unfortunately the boot was defect, but the staff organised the new one. Even of the delay, the full program was done, very good organised and guided by Alex. The trip is unforgettable. The places we visited were amazing. I can recommend!!!

Great day out - We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip. Although it was very crowded at times with other boats we knew to expect this and we could still swim and snorkel with no issues. The guide was great and the crew on the boat were also very good and helpful with getting on and off the boat. Lunch at hotel was very good. The only disappointment was the price of the photos taken by a separate company (1600 Baht). The photographer was good, but there were very few photos for the price paid.

Beautiful scenery - Guide very good boat staff good. But the waves were quite wild that morning and the captain didn’t slow down to accommodate. I ended up with sea sickness. Also could of done with more time than one hour on bamboo island

Not replying to my emails. - Went on the Phi Phi Island day trip back in July. We had a lovely day and I must say the service was very good. My only fault is that there was a photographer on the day who took lots of lovely photos of us and you can then buy the photos at the end of the trip. They ended up being very expensive so we chose not to buy them on the day. I decided a few weeks later I would pay the price for the photos and so I emailed ALP to ask if I could pay for them online or if they could put me in contact with the photographer and I could arrange buying them from him. ALP did not reply to my email at all. I have emailed them twice now and never got a response. Just annoying as it would not take them long to reply to my emails. They were very quick to reply when I emailed to book the day trip, so I know they see them. The post experience customer service is very poor, hence why I gave a 3/5 rating. If not for this I would have given them a 5/5.

Do your research before you go - I may not have done my research but this trip was nothing short of a nightmare . The crew were great but the destinations were terrible ! Maya bay has 4000 visitors a day and most of them were there when we were , if you don’t mind being herded like cattle and taking selfies with hundreds of strangers then you will be fine . The sumptuous lunch promised was a buffet in a horrid back water that was so awful I fed mine to a hungry cat . We did not stop to meet friendly primates and we had a 15 minute swim again with hundreds of others and a 45 minute snorkel . By far our worst day spent in Thailand

Bad experience - The guide Andrew was patient; however, the location isn't 'disable' friendly neither special need adaptable. We went as a family of 5, fully paid and my son couldn't get on board because the stairs was very steep, gap in between the boat and the mounting station. Due to his special needs and anxiety, my whole family couldn't get on board. No refunds were issued. we had to pay extra to be taken back to our hotel. We felt so gutted.
