Dependable private transport. Compare before booking - Getting a AC van was a releif as our Grab pre booking got cancelled just at the time of departure. Visiting two roadside travel agents got us a private van within minutes. Cost was less than what the hotel offered. Got the private AC van with TV at the cost of taxi. Driver was polite, reached in time. Didn’t get bothered on last minute destination confusion and didn’t ask for extra money. The roadside eateries do not usually accept cards, most of the staff have problems understanding English Thanks Mr Wong, our driver

Need a custom tour - Need to get in touch with someone about a custom tour for 14 people. I emailed and have not received a response

Driver was lazy - Got picked up from hotel to go to the meet up location. At the meet up location I was greeted by a nice lady and asked to see my ticket. She asked where I was going. She said Kata was gonna be 100baht. I then asked her how much if the driver dropped me off at the hotel. She said 50baht more. So I paid 150 baht to get dropped off at the hotel. The driver decided to drop me off first. We got close to the destination and he told me he was going to drop me off on a road near the hotel but not to the hotel. I was just annoyed because he was literally 5 min drive away from the hotel. I was tryna be nice and agreed to it. But I should’ve been upfront and said, I paid the 150baht to get dropped off at the Hotel. I ended up walking 15 mins to my hotel sweating bullets. Lesson learned for me

Make sure of price upfront - Booked ride to Phuket, driven to transfer station where I was scammed by woman to pay an additional 300 baht for two because our beach was on south end of Phuket. Others in van charged 50 baht.

Van needs a service - The van itself needs a service, we were in the van, jam packed with other people for quite a few hours and being in Thailand it was very hot and there was basically no aircon. The ride was very unpleasant.

Not as advertised! - This was a horrible experience. We booked an air-conditioned van to pick us up from our hotel and take us to Phuket. We instead got picked up in a van, driven to a random location and got told to get out of the van with all our stuff. Then got told to get back in the van with all our stuff and got driven to the bus stop. They then left us at the bus stop, and we had to get on a bus to Phuket. This is not what we booked or paid for, and the communication was terrible. The booking said a van from 11:30am to Phuket but instead started at 10am which included many stops. We had no problem with stops to pick people up in the van but the multiple stops to the bus station and then after the bus station was ridiculous. The trip took almost five hours in total. We had everything from being crushed by bags, drivers being rough with our bags, a live cat on board meowing the whole time, and children kicking our seats etc.
