- Sant Martí Sarroca - Have you ever wondered how to make a real Spanish paella?! Well, don’t look forward. We offer you a lovely ride along the Catalan vineyards, a wee tour of an ancient winery, and a paella master class.
You will be able to choose between 4 different types of paella:
– Seafood paella: The best known in the world. Prawns, calamari, squid and fish. This one is a classic in every Spanish household!
– Meat paella: A mix of different meats are added to the rice along with the spices and lots of love.
– Vegetarian paella: For veggies lovers, seasonal mix vegetables and a strong vegetable broth to give the rice the best taste.
– Black paella: This type of paella is more unknown to travelers. Made with rice with squid and its ink. It is served with a garlic sauce made of egg, oil, salt, and garlic. You cannot resist it!

Great day cycling and Paella was fantastic! - We had a great cycling day out with Alex!
Great communication before our planned trip. Pick up from our hotel in Sitges.
Good quality bicycles.
Alex was a brilliant leader. Nice easy cycling off road around the wine regions with little stops along the way.
Finished off with a lovely tour and explanation of a family run Cava business.
The paella class was good and tasted fantastic! (better than any restaurant LOL)

A great day out with wine, food and good company. - Great day out with Alex. We were picked up from our hotel and then driven to the vineyard for a gentle cycle ride. This was followed by an interesting tour with Monsie sharing her knowledge of the production of Cava. Then we cooked paella under the guidance of Alex and tasked both the wine and the food.
A wonderful way to spend a day in Sitges.

Recommended morning out on your Sitges holiday - Get way up into the hills dor a gentle cycke with Alex. Then, a highly informative tour of the cava production process, followed by your own paella cooking experience. Such knowledgeable and interesting guides. I'd do it all again next year!

Awesome experience - We had amazing time. Alex was so friendly and very knowledgeable. The bike ride around the vineyards was great and the views were awesome. Got back to the winery and we tasted some Cava and then made a Paella, which was very enjoyable
