Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? Would you like to experience scuba diving for the very first time? Well you can with the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience in Ko Pha Ngan.

DIVING EXPERIENCE

This program is for complete novices and non divers. If you would like to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into the PADI Open Water Course, then the PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experience is for you. While not a scuba certification course, the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.

DIVE TRIP

The dive trip from the island of Koh Phangan includes 2 dives and takes you to the best dive site in the area, Sail Rock. It is designed to introduce non-divers to the amazing world of scuba diving with a light amount of theory and in-water training. When you first experience scuba diving, you’ll discover excitement and adventure.

To sign up for PADI Discover Scuba Diving with Asia Blue

  • Scuba, you must be at least 10 years of age and in good physical health with medical conditions.

The sensation of being ‘weightless’ and breathing beneath the water’s surface is incomparable!

Outstanding experience - My first scuba Dive. My wonderful instructor Jannes made it an outstanding experience for me. His instructiions were absolut clear. The Dive was playful and joyful. I felt absolutely safe and guided all the time. He showed me a lot of different fish and on board he explained them with a book. But be careful. It is highly addictive and its possible you will plan the next diving course after that Thank you so much, Jannes for this heartfilling experience.🙏😘🙏

Amazing experience! - Such a good day, team were all really good and the instructor Lilly was amazing, made me feel so at ease in the water. Was feeling a bit nervous to try diving but as soon as I got there everything was explained so clearly and everyone was so friendly. Food was good too.

The perfect entry into diving sports! - I made this diving experience together with my 13years old son. We both didn´t have any experience and never dived before. It was the perfect entry into diving sports! The explanation of the main safety and behavious topics was clear, the guidance of our guide and the support during the dive was strict and perfect and the two dives were breathtaking. We felt safe, well prepared and good supported. For us it is clear that we will go on diving in the future and we are already planning dive courses. Thank you to the team of PADI on Koh Phangang Island for this great experience!

Amazing Diving Experience - The diving instructors were extremely friendly, well versed and entertaining. One, if not the highlight of my time on Koh Phangan - incredible underwater experience, this is a must-do before you leave.

My family's first ever dive!! - Im 51 yrs old and have never been diving or for that matter in the ocean. Francois, Julian and Tae took us on a life changing experience -+ diving in Koh Phangan. Anything i say will sound like a cliche. But i cannot not say it. Magical, Mind Blown, life altering experience. Such beautiful sights, the fishes, the corals, the life down there. AMAZING. Recommended a 100%. Talk to Francois at Asia Blue. He know how to take care of you.

Great experience - Great day experiencing our first dive - Julian was a great instructor to be with, kept us safe and entertained! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to take the plunge and try out diving. Learn by doing, we got into the sea and got stuck in guided by Julian. We had 2 dives, and we saw so much wild life including giant barracuda, groupers and much more. Thanks Julian

This is probably the best first diving experience anyone could hope for. - We had a wonderful first scuba experience with our guide/instructor, Pablo. He was very nice, pointed out at least a dozen different types of fish and sea life during our experience, and guided my wife and I such that we felt very safe and had a lot of fun while learning to dive. This is probably the best first diving experience anyone could hope for.

Sail Rock (Koh Tao) - A really beautiful place for diving with so many beautiful fish and lovely corals. It is a very popular site for diving. A truly special place.

Great ! - Superb first diving experience, on a site teeming with fish of all kinds. 1st dive to do all the exercises, 2nd to really enjoy it. Sail Rock is ideal for seeing lots of species. 1 supervisor for two and very attentive to the children (14 and 16). The only downside was the diving area of the boat where we jostled a bit.

Gross, unprofessional, overpriced - lol don’t do this. These guys are the tinder swindlers of the ocean, don’t give them a dime. This is a scuba trip, do not go snorkeling at sail rock.
