- Fairview Wine and Cheese - Travel north for about 45 mins to the Cape winelands. Experience breath taking views and fantastic wine made with a whole lot of passion, heart and soul. In Fairview you enjoy your first Wine tasting for the day, paired with a selection of cow and goat’s milk cheeses - Or an option of a winery of your choice.
- Groot Drakenstein Prison - Continuing with our day, we stop over at Groot Drakenstein Prison. This is where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for his last fourteen months. It was through these gates that he walked out a free man in 1990. At these gates is a statue of Nelson Mandela. We stop for photos.
- The Huguenot Memorial Monument - Driving on to Franschhoek Village. We enjoy a photo stop at the Huguenot Memorial. This commemorates the French Huguenots 250th year anniversary since arriving the the Valley of Franschhoek.

La Petite Ferme - Enjoy country style cuisine lunch (own expense), at La Petite Ferme, an award-winning restaurant. Franschhoek is dubbed the gourmet capital of South Africa.
The kitchen team at La Petite Ferme have expressed their creative freedom, experimenting with various flavours, ingredients and textures to create an authentic menu showcasing seasonal produce from the area. - Franschhoek - After lunch we enjoy a short walk through Franschhoek Village. Franschhoek is a town in South Africa’s Western Cape with centuries-old vineyards and Cape Dutch architecture. The Huguenot Memorial Museum and neighboring monument honor the area’s French settlers, who arrived in the 17th and 18th centuries
- La Motte Wine Estate - The Franschhoek valley is decorated with mountain slopes and vineyards. Next stop is La Motte Wine Estate. Sample a variety of La Motte’s award-winning wines. Or an option of a winery of your choice.
- Tokara Wine Estate - We journey on to our last wine tasting of the day located in Stellenbosch. This is a modern winery on a hilltop with breath taking vineyard views. Enjoy your wine tasting in the company of knowledgeable wine ambassadors who are on-hand to answer your questions to enhance your experience. Or an option of a winery of your choice.
From here we enjoy a 45 min drive back to the hotel.

Excellent, memorable visit to wine fields curtesy of Itchy Feet safaris - The entire journey the the time spend at Vineland’s was amazing, thanks to Itchy feet safaris. I loved the way the guide has so nice, very hospitable and so willing to go an extra mile to take my family through paces of the tour, the entire day. Thanks again to Itchy feet Safaris.

Fabulous, Flexible tour with a Great man - Kembo was wonderful. He completely tailored the tour to our needs. He picked the 3 of us up at our hotel (The President) and told him we needed to be back by 5-5:30 at the latest. We told him several wineries we thought we would like to try and asked him to suggest a few, and that we were interested in Sparklings and Pinotage specifically (and everything else). The 3 of us were driven in a Mercedes and felt special. He took us to Jordan (our suggestion) first which had a beautiful setting. Then he suggested J C LeRoux for sparklings where we also ordered a cheese and charcuterie board and our friend had a pairing of sparklings with cheese cakes. Then we went to Franschhoek to Boschendal (our suggestion) that had a lovely outside garden area for tasting. Our 4th stop Kembo recommended Tokara. Beautiful views of the vineyard from the tasting room as well as art. Then we tried for a 5th stop at Delaire Graff, across the street, that had even more spectacular views and art work but we had to wait a half hour and didn't have the time. We were happy to make 4 wineries. We highly recommend using Itchy Feet Safaris, Kembo's company, for your tours. Kembo is a delightful, fun, man who shared his life with us. You can't go wrong.

Fantastic wine tour day! - My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic day with Kembo and Itchy Feet Safari. He was fun, engaging, and knowledgeable and gave us an incredibly wonderful day in the wine country. We stopped at 4 wineries for tastings and a few other stops for photos and memorials/monuments - all were fabulous. Would highly recommend Kembo and Itchy Feet!!

Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Beach - Kembo took my family and me on a tour to the Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Beach. We had a wonderful day, truly could not have gone better. We loved the private tour aspect, and Kembo was very considerate, tailoring the experience for us. Super knowledgeable and kind, we would love to do more tours with him in the future! Cannot recommend enough!
