Pum Thai Restaurant & Cooking School - Patong - Make your way to Pum Thai Food Chain School in Phuket independently or opt for our transportation service. Classes are available daily starting at 11:00am and are designed to be cozy and personal, with no more than 10 participants per session. Our most sought-after class features a local market excursion where you’ll gain insight into Thai culinary ingredients and experience a unique aspect of Thai culture. Following the market visit, you’ll get to prepare 5 Thai dishes of your choosing in an interactive cooking class.

The Pum Thai Restaurant & Cooking School, located in a vibrantly orange-themed shophouse, functions as a diverse space for dining, drinking, and learning how to cook. One side of the open area is utilized as a dining zone, while a spacious, open kitchen is the center of the restaurant’s culinary operations and cooking classes. The menu features signature dishes inspired by traditional Thai cuisine, contemporized for today’s palate and prepared with fresh, organic components. As part of their culinary education, students are given a tour of the local food market, an overview of the dish’s historical context, and a lesson regarding the correct method to prep poultry.-
