Unforgettable culinary experience - Let me tell you about an amazing cooking class experience that my group of four from San Antonio, Texas had during our trip to Phuket. We were looking for a private class that could accommodate us because one friend has a severe shellfish allergy, and that's when we found Chef Care. And let me tell you, it was the best decision we made! Chef Care was not only attentive to our needs but also made necessary adjustments to the recipes to cater to our preferences. Her cheerful and fun personality made the class even more enjoyable. We loved how knowledgeable she was about the ingredients and techniques, and she answered all our questions with ease. Chef Care guided us through the recipes efficiently, and we were amazed at how delicious the dishes turned out to be. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Tasted some amazing stuff at markets, including Duran which we hadn’t had before and Tis absolutely delicious x she said we had Thai blood for liking the taste lol she’s really easy going and you have so much fun cooking. We changed the Tom yum to Tom ka gai as that’s a favourite and twas no problem. She sends all the recipes after, including one we didn’t cook that we asked for. Beautiful clean tidy air conditioned kitchen. The food we cooked tasted amazing we were very impressed with ourselves x and very filling we ended up taking half of it home as we couldn’t eat it all x We did so much research into classes and this one was incredible. Look no further x

Do yourself a favour - HIGHLY recommend - Amazing experience throughout - picked up at the hotel, very educational and informative tour of the fresh food market to purchase ingredients, tried some snacks and frozen fruit drinks then back to studio to cook. Chef Care was wonderful in explaining everything and the food was divine - including the left overs we took home for the next day as we were too full to consume it all.

Glad we chose her - Instructor is very pleasant, shopping was an enjoyable experience. She had us taste different fruits were weren't familiar with. The cooking she was very informative, and patient I have a ton of allergies. She actually changed our menu on the fly due to my allergies. This was a great experiment

Delicious private cooking experience - Delicious Thai cooking experience in private setting. Nice market tour and tasting different fresh fruits, but it was difficult to understand and remember the different fruit names. Very friendly and knowledgeable host but expected a little more for the price.
