Walk and talk - Thoroughly enjoyed the walk. Our guide had a good way of describing modern day facts with the historical overlay. Well worth it.

Such a great tour! - This walking tour was incredibly interesting given what we both heard and saw. The level of detail given by the guide made it so easy to get a real sense of place and time as we walked through the various Oxford colleges. Highly recommend

Time well spent - We thoroughly enjoyed our tour today with our guide Oliver who was very informative with facts, figures ,stories and anecdotes about Oxford University and its colleges, buildings and traditions. It is impossible to see all 39 colleges in two hours but we saw the Bodleian library, the Radcliffe Camera, and several colleges. It was a fascinating two hours and I would highly recommend it.

Brilliant 2 hours - We had a brilliant 2 hours with our very knowledgeable Guide, Trevor who was both informative and entertaining. Well worth the money and we would certainly use Footprints for a similar tour again.

Great way to see Oxford - We (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 dog) were guided by the excellent Lizzie and found this an easy way to understand some of the history of Oxford, gain some insight into its histories and get some pointers on other things to do there. The highlight has to be access to some of the colleges (in our case Exeter). As an outsider, you typically poke your nose in rather than have the confidence to walk right in. This tour takes you all the way through and explains the stories and the customs. There were a couple of buildings that we couldn't take the dog into, though that didn't affect the tour much. The pace was good and we finished almost bang on 2 hours.

Great 2hr walking tour of Oxford - Lovely two hour walk around central Oxford with Trevor (you’d recognise him as the one who looks very like Alastair Mackenzie...), showing us lots of places of interest, helping us understand the history of the area, with local anecdotes on famous people and filming locations thrown in. Also explained the college system and rivalries. I had been uncertain that our 10-year-old would be kept interested but he very much was, even though he was the only child on the tour. But it wasn’t then made too “kiddy” for the adults - a good balance. Thanks Trevor!
