Exciting tour of Oxford with Alex from Footprint tour - Alex was our private guide for 3 hours walking around Oxford. We - Dad, Mom and a teenager - had amazing 3 hours in Oxford. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, telling with enthusiasm about Oxford's history - not only university, but also the importance for England and the UK. We were brilliantly entertained and can highly recommend the trip.

Thank you Imogen! - Wonderful introduction to the city of Oxford, with real insights by an alumni by the name of Imogen ( not sure how her name is spelled but she is an amazing storyteller). The walk itself is not far, but gives you a good impression of the history nonetheless, because of the stories an explanations during the walk. We had never heard before about the Bullingdon club or the fact that every Oxford alumni knows what you mean when you mention "the other place". They way Imogen told the anecdotes made it both humourous and interesting, and gave us the feeling we wouldn't have read about some of them in a book or anywhere else. I highly recommend this way of getting to know the oldest English speaking University in the world.

History comes alive - Our guide Martin is majoring in history which was lucky for us. He made history come alive for us. Even our grand kids were impressed. Martin should seriously consider a career in performing arts. He was that good

Great Three Hour Experience! - Excellent, knowledgeable tour guide who told great stories. The tour had an excellent pace. We enjoyed hearing the history of the various colleges within the University and seeing the door with Aslan, where CS Lewis was inspired to write the Chronicles of Narnia.

Fantastic tour - A wonderful walking tour through Oxford, where you could soak up the atmosphere and visit all the important sights. We were even able to go into one of the colleges, and entry to the Divinity School at the Bodlean Library was also included. But our guide Richard made the tour a real highlight. As a postgraduate at Oxford, he was extremely well informed and knew a lot about every topic imaginable. He was also extremely funny and made the tour incredibly interesting. Definitely highly recommended!
