A very insightful tour - We did a tour with Simon who showed around the university and neighbouring buildings with a lot of enthusiasm. There were lots of interesting insights from his end. I would strongly recommend you book the tour with Simon!

Great tour. Thoroughly recommend! - Wow, amazing tour. Thank you Jeremy! A packed 90 minutes of information regarding a number of Oxford Colleges and their Alumni. I felt we had a glimpse behind the veil of life at one of these institutions, not only from modern students but those many years past from Former Prime Ministers to highly influential writers and athletes. Jeremy was very informative and kept the pace high, without making us feel we were being rushed as we moved from location to location. The only negative I would give was that the tour was not long enough! We'd have loved to have had another 90 minutes when it was all over. Thoroughly recommend!

Opened Oxford History in an Approachable Manner - We had our tour will Ally who is a dPhil student in the university. Ally gave us a lovely tour about Oxford unfolding events and history of both near and very distant past events. Adding in his personal experience as a uni student was really nice as we were able to understand the experience from his perspective. He made sure to "talk to" each of the tour participants so we all had an enjoyable experience. We had several countries represented; UK, US, NZ, CN, and DE. Thank you Ally for not rushing the tour and fielding all the questions.

April 2024 Walking Tour of Oxford w Jonathan - Had a brilliant tour of Oxford and New College from Jonathan. Easy to find the start and tour group was very small (mostly my family). We saw all the highlights of Oxford and New College and Jonathan provided wonderful commentary throughout. He's a very enthusiastic guide who obviously loves the city and showing it off to visitors :) Oxford itself is super walkable and having a knowledgeable guide like Jonathan made it our favorite part of our visit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Oxford, whether you know a lot about the city or not. Thank you, Jonathan!!

Great - Our experience with the tour was very good. We thought it included a visit to Trinity College, so we had talked to a tour representative, and it was not open for individual visits. Finally, our guide was Magnus, the tour was great, he does his job with exciting enthusiasm. We commented at the end of the misunderstanding and he told us that we could consult the tour the next day, and there was Tim who welcomed us during that first stage to Trinity College, without any additional problem or charge and again with a very interesting and entertaining guide. Thank you both. As a constructive criticism, there could be a little better organization of the tours on some type of website or social network, since the first day we had to wait for the next turn compared to those reflected in the sign, because an hour had few reservations and it was canceled.

Brilliant tour and guide - Highly recommend this waking tour to anyone visiting Oxford. Jonathan, our tour guide on April 2nd (4:00 pm start) was absolutely brilliant. We felt so excited throughout the course of the tour that our 13 year old son, who initially had no interest in applying to Oxford, is now wondering how he can get in :). Forget him, I want to apply for another Masters now. We would love to do this tour again with our other son and we would request for Jonathan to be our tour guide again.

A great way to spend an afternoon! - The tour was fantastic — Simon is a great and incredibly knowledgeable tour leader. I learned a ton about Oxford’s history and the writers who studied there and can’t recommend this highly enough for anyone looking to get a better understanding of Oxford! Simon also had some great book recommendations, especially Scoop by Evelyn Vaugh.

Pleasant , well informed and fun - My wife and I took the 90 minutes walking which covers the central part of the city and the University. It is a very pleasant stroll. Penny our guide is a local and it shows. She is well informe, tried to answer every question with patience and humor. Highly recommended. I will go back and visit in more detailed Teo of the more emblematic colleges, Christchurch and New which required entry tickets.
