- Ouzoud - After a 6 km journey towards the natural arch of Imi Nifri, we’ll pause to soak in the scenery and snap some pictures. Upon reaching the hilltop village of Tanannt, we’ll be greeted with a breathtaking view of the Jbel Ghat and Jbel Azoukri mountains, which is particularly stunning when the Atlas Ridge is blanketed in snow during winter. Post-Tanannt, our route takes us through the village of Ouzoud. Upon our arrival at Ouzoud, we have the opportunity to stroll by the river and explore the waterfall’s caverns.

We’ll commence our departure from your Marrakech hotel/riad promptly at 8 AM, heading towards Damnate. Merely 6 km into the journey, we’ll pause at the Imi Nifri natural bridge for a scenic break and photo opportunity. Ascending to the elevated village of Tanannt, we’ll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the Jbel Ghat and Jbel Azoukri mountains, the sight of which is particularly striking with a winter snowcap. Beyond Tanannt, our route takes us through Ouzoud village before reaching our final stop, where a riverside stroll towards the cascades’ caverns awaits us.

Excellent trip - What an excellent experience the driver was lovely friendly explained everything clearly also the najeeb was so hospitable and catered for all our needs ❤️ the tour guide was through and brilliant I highly recommend booking with viator as the local tour operators are expensive

Nice but hard - Although the sight of the waterfall was beautiful it was a a hard slog getting there down a steep slope. I found it very hard and going back up the stairs exhausted me. I would say it’s worth seeing but you got to be fit to do it. ALS watch the bottled water prices as it ranged from 5 to 20 in price.
