Ouzoud falls with Abdul Jalil - Abdul Jalil has been a fantastic guide for todays exursion. I am not a fast walker and have a little fear of heights which I want to conqour which I have! Abdul Jalil is patient, kind with a great sense of humor. If we was not going back to UK tomorrow I would enquire what otjer tours he does - he is amazing!

Ouzoud Falls - Polite guide Abdul Jalile was amazing and very patient. Very informative of the local history. He was able to speak different languages to accommodate Spanish, Italians and French as well as the English. Thank you so much and may Allah reward you for your work and hospitality ameen.

Ouzoud - Amazing tour guide,very informative and attentive! Abdul jalil. Well behaved monkeys. A lot of walking so bring trainers or easy walking shoes.

Excursion to the Ouzoud waterfalls - Our guide Abdul very nice. He explained everything to us very well and was attentive to the group the entire time! The waterfalls are amazing!

Ouzdoud - A great experience with Abdul Jalil, he speaks many languages very well and is a very nice and attentive boy!!!! We would repeat with him without a doubt

Great day trip - Included pick up and drop from our riad. Lunch was not included but it was a modest 120 MAD person person for a 3 course meal including water and it was lovely. We also got to see the monkeys up close. Important to note the excursion did not include the boat ride however we paid for this separately at only 20 MAD per person. It's worth not getting the boat option and paying the boat option there

SUCK. STAY AWAY. - I chose the Ouzoud waterfalls tour and paid for a tour with a guide in Italian but 1) the guide didn't even speak half a word of Italian and 2) the guide explained absolutely NOTHING to the group about what we were doing and seeing . I basically paid a guide who had never been there, so much so that my boyfriend and I did the walk completely alone. Furthermore, the guide was not able to keep the group together which dispersed during the day and because of this, before leaving, we had to wait an hour under the blast of the sun before everyone arrived at the end and before the group reunited again. Also the tour was supposed to leave at 8am but the pick up took place at 7.30am. After the pick up they made us change 2 more buses before letting us leave at 9.15am. They made me wake up at 6:30 and made me skip breakfast (paid for!) at the Riad where I stayed when I could have easily done everything calmly instead of making me wait for over 1 hour in a minibus under the blast of the sun and without air conditioning before departure. Air conditioning included in the price but which the driver NEVER has access to. He just opened the window giving me a headache from the excessive wind in my face instead of turning the air on. I asked for a refund of the money spent unnecessarily but obviously it was not accepted. All I have to do is write this review and confirm that the experience was AWFUL!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
