Second Experience, would book again - This was our second time on the bus. We first did the hop on/hop off version in 2022 and liked it. We especially liked seeing so many attractions during the visit. For our second visit (Sept 2025) we chose to just do the bus, no on and off because my mother is using a walker right now and we were unsure if she could go on and off with ease. Let me tell you right now, this company is very accomodating. The bus is lowered at every stop so you can get on and off with ease. The seats are comfortable. I can't talk about the top portion because my mother could not get up there so we stayed in the lower half. We were on the bus with Pierre and Pierre. They were both fabulous. Pierre the tour guide was excellent. Lots of tips. Good jokes. As we were the only ones on the bottom of the bus, he kept coming down to check on us; could we hear him? Did we have any questions? Anything we wanted more or less of? He was very good. Our bus driver, Pierre, was also wonderful. They even did a small detour on the bus so we could all get good pictures of the Ontario River and the back of 24 Sussex. I really appreciated that. I would recommend this for anyone going to Ottawa. I paid $90, I think, for a adult and senior. Not bad. The tour itself (remember, we did not do the hop on/hop off version) was about 90 minutes. At times it went too fast for pictures but you have to keep up with the traffic flow, I get that. if I wanted more pictures, I should have bought the hop version. We enjoyed our time. My next time in Ottawa I will do the hop version again to see a few more sights!

Awesome way to see and learn about Ottawa! - Hop on-off or stay-on bus ride. We chose to stay on the upper deck for the full route. The drive and tour guide were good! We would prefer less talk about pubs and parting and more information about the city.

The open roof Ottawa Experience - We enjoyed the convertible double-decker bus tour. Surreal, looking at the city of Ottawa from the top of a bus. It was a lot of fun. Being able to jump off and hitch a ride on the next one made it even more interesting. I plan on doing this tour experience again. Those corny jokes were awefully funny. Props to the tour guide! =D

A great way to see the sights of Ottawa - This hop on-hop off tour was a great way to see many of the main sights in Ottawa without the stress of driving. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and told us all about the city, it's architecture and history. The tour lasted 1 hour 30 minutes. Hold on to your hat if you go on the top deck on a windy day as you cross the river bridges and be ready with your camera for numerous photo opportunities without the stress of driving.

The weather was perfect... - The weather was perfect 👌 👍 🥰. Windy, cooler Temps. First time visiting Ottawa, beautiful scenery all around. The only complaint I have is not taking the time to take pictures of the locations, the bus driver was driving way too fast!!!! That's not good customer service for tourists. The guide was awesome, very detailed.

Interesting - Very nice visit. The only downside, the comments were said in a monochord tone and at an impressive rate therefore incomprehensible.

We didn’t hop off at all! - Our guide spoke very quickly, first in English & then French. The drive was very fast, so we were not always able to see what we were supposed to be looking at (many of which were hidden anyway) & it was certainly too fast to take photographs. Many of the places we stopped at were closed on a Monday, so be careful whilst booking.

EXPENSIVE AND ONLY IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH - Used to doing this type of tours in several cities around the world we bought the ticket without hesitation even though we found the price a little outsized. The worst part was when we went upstairs and realized that audio guidance was not enabled and that we should settle for an in-person guide who spoke only English and French. I think you should advise that the tour is only in 2 languages because generally those of us who travel a lot understand that these buses have headsets and audio guides in at least 8 or 9 languages. To top it off the trip is short and I pass by all the places we had already visited except a more remote and residential area where there were embassies. I don't recommend it.

We were unable to ride... - We were unable to ride since we could not find any parking. We spent close to a hour looking and nothing was available. It may have been because of set up for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. You are better off getting a cab to the stop and parking away from the capital
