Gorgeous cycle along the canal. - Even though the weather was raining and cold still really enjoyed parts of Ottawa we had not visited. Tour guide very informative of the areas visited.

Great way to see the city - Perfectly located and slick operation. Our guide was really personable and shared his obvious passion for the city at multiple stops. Helped us orientate ourselves to the city and suggested more places to explore.

Fantastic family memory! - Fantastic! We have a 6yr old new rider and our guide Art and the Rent A Bike team made everything easy!! Her cycling skills went from weak to strong because of Art's understanding approach throughout the tour. The entire team was supportive of an out of town family with a nervous new rider. Bikes were in great shape and fit our wide range of sizes. Start location was a bit hard but fun to find, so give yourself some time to get there. Well worth the money and time, a memory that will last us forever.

Outstanding!! - Fighting Blindness Canada is a well known Canadian charity that raises funds to support innovative treatments and cures for blinding eye diseases. Every year we have a fundraising event called Cycle for Sight and it takes place in cities across Canada. This year the Ottawa Cycle for Sight partnered with RentABike and I am delighted to report that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Harry and Jill and their staff. Many of our participants rented bikes from RentABike and the process of renting a bike went very smoothly. RentABike has a wide variety of bikes available to suit every rider from a beginner to an experienced rider. RentABike is a reliable business with very knowledgeable and helpful staff - their professionalism and kindness were outstanding. A big shout-out to Art who gave our riders a magnificent 2 hour tour of Ottawa. Thanks!!

Nice guided bike trip out to the falls and back. - The bike was in good shape and it was a nice distance and speed. The falls were lovely. I wouldn't say that it was a comprehensive tour of Ottawa landmarks. It was a nice guided bike trip out to the falls and back, with a good look at the canal system.

Great way to see Ottawa - Great way to see the city. Allison was knowledgeable and fun and it was a decent 15km work-out. Bikes were good and I think you can even ask for an e-bike
