Throughout the class, the Cesarina will share expert tips for creating 3 traditional Ostuni dishes. You’ll have a blast testing out your cooking abilities. Each attendee will be provided with a fully-equipped workspace containing all necessary utensils and ingredients to create the meals. Subsequently, you will savour all of your dishes, complemented with a selection of local white and red wines.
