Oslo’s streets exude tranquility and safety, peppered with ample pedestrian lanes. Its rich history and bright future offer intrigue.
So, let’s go for a walk! Let’s tread the same paths as ancient Norwegian rulers did. The same streets roamed by Henrik Ibsen and Edvard Munch await us. Let’s embark on this journey together!
We’ll rendezvous by the Tiger statue and explore some of the most significant viewpoints. We’ll pause at the city hall to discuss the abundance of public art in Oslo. We’ll pass the Royal Palace and send our greetings to the King, and we’ll march down the primary pedestrian street, reliving the tradition of Norway’s National Day on the 17th of May. Excellent tour for anyone wanting to know more about Oslo - The tour was excellent and a perfect introduction to Oslo and its history. The guide was excellent and answered all our questions. The walk was at a comfortable pace and it made us want to come back and explore closer some of the sights seen. Thanks to our guide (Katerina) for giving us a great tour.

Great guide to Oslo - This was a great walking tour of Oslo and our guide was fabulous ( sorry can't recall her name!) despite the awful weather. There was just the 2 of us so we had a personal tour. There is a lot of walking and so much to see. We learnt lots about Oslo and its history and we both really enjoyed the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Great tour, needs refreshing. - A good tour and a lovely host. I feel the structure of the tour could be improved with one or two stops that are inside, maybe try a local cafe. I did a 3 hour tour in Denmark which had 2 stops along the way and these really added to it, and we all had a chat in the cafe and were introduced to local pastry (it wasn’t a food tour, but this was a nice touch). This also helped with the cold weather. I think the stops were all very interesting, I’d like more of a blend of Norwegian Culture, Oslo popular culture, in addition to the history and buildings. We did that by chatting along the way and asking questions as our group was small and that was ok to do. It was a great tour but I think it needs refreshing and some more thoughtfulness, which is down to the company rather than the host. Host was extremely nice and helpful.
