Join us on our Green Oslo City Tours! The focus of this expedition is the swift city development currently ongoing in Oslo. Your host will share insights about what’s fresh in Oslo and display how the city skilfully integrates new constructions with ancient ones. Observe how antiquated industrial structures blend with new cultures and innovative architecture, beginning with a trip across the Acrobat bridge from the diverse Grønland vicinity to the Barcode district. Gain knowledge about the evolution in Bjørvika, flaunting its urban coastlines, up-to-date living spaces, and firms. The journey will involve a visit to the Opera House and culminate at the excellent, brand new Deichman library. This journey harmoniously fuses the fjord and metropolitan city life, and runs every Monday at 17:00 hours.
The direction is provided in Norwegian and English.

Amazing Service. - Amazing service - I experienced a personal mishap during my stay, and the Manager Tony went out of his way literally to assist in resolving the issue, which included several phone calls and emails on his behalf and a trip to the Post Office. The motel itself was clean, centrally located, and very comfortable. I am very grateful for Tony's lovely disposition and helpfulness.

Informative tour through history - A very interesting and informative walking tour. Lots of contrasts between the old and new Oslo. The guide was very knowledgeable and got to know us all and linked what she knew to the countries We were from. Loved learning about the history through the ages.

Great tour of Oslo - Very cool tour of Oslo. Hanne took us to the opera house, to the library, to both sides of the railroad tracks, and gave lots of local perspective on the history of both Oslo and Norway in general.

Not to be missed! - Our guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions - even those about Oslo more generally. Within the 2 hours, we became experts in Oslo's history, culture, and architecture. Highly recommend.

City of Contrasts walking tour - The fact I did three walking tours in three days should speak for the positive experience I had! Huge shoutout to Kjellfrid (Frida) who guided me on all three and did a truly wonderful job, also answering any and all questions we threw at her. On this Contrasts tour I enjoyed seeing some bits of the city I'd seen before, but with information/history given from a different angle and linked together with bits of the city I would likely not have explored. These tours are definitely to be recommended!
