Oslo in a new lighting! - Rune gave is a new and different perspective over the city, in a passionate and most interesting way imaginable. The contrasts and the change over the years brought a new dimension to our knowledge of the city. Rune introduced us to a Brand new Oslo, very gratefull mother and daughter from Portugal.

Lovely evening spent with Rune - Rune was our guide and arrived at the Visitor Center 20 minutes before the walk began. He made the tour engaging by sharing stories about immigration in the 1970s, old Oslo, and the architectural developments and landmarks like the Munch Museum, Opera House, and the Library. Time flew by without us noticing. We finished the tour at the library, visited the "Silent Room," and then headed over to SALT for dinner.

Perfect Oslo tour - I highly recommend Rune as a guide in Oslo. I went on three tours with him on three consecutive days, and each time I was accompanied by my daughter. Every tour offered something different: one focused on the city center’s highlights, another followed the river with stories about Oslo’s history, and the last took us to a historic immigrant neighborhood as well as the city’s newest, most modern area. Rune is knowledgeable, engaging, and always happy to answer questions. If you want to explore Oslo from various angles in just a few days, his tours are an excellent choice and definitely worth your time and money.

Discover Oslo from Three Unique Perspectives with an Exceptional Guide - Rune is an excellent guide. I went on three tours with him, three days in a row, because I really enjoyed the first tour. Each tour was different. On the first one, we explored the center of Oslo and all the main landmarks. On the second, we walked along the river in Oslo and learned about all the sights and stories related to the city's history, the river, and the buildings around it. On the last tour, we visited a neighborhood where immigrants settled in the 1970s and explored that interesting part of the city, and afterwards, we headed to the most modern and newest part of town. Rune tells stories in a very engaging way. He has a lot of knowledge about Oslo and can answer any additional questions. He is not boring at all, but rather very kind and pleasant. These three tours are more than enough to get to know the city in three different ways. I absolutely recommend them because they are completely worth the money and time.

Best city tour we've ever done. - We spontaneously booked the Oslo City Tour - City of Contrasts on Monday. Meeting point was at 5 pm at the tourist information office in the train station. To our surprise, we were the only participants and had such a private tour with Runer. The city tour went just over 2 hours and was super interesting. We would even say that it was the best city tour we had so far. Runer was super likeable, could give us infinite information and really answer all questions. Really great city tour. Would definitely do it again. Thanks again to Runer.

Fun and varied walking tour through Grønland and surrounding districts - Very fun 2h walking tour through Grønland and Bjørvika, covering history, current developments and many fun facts about these areas and Oslo in general. Our guide Anita was very knowledable about the city and how it changed over the years, going all the way back to some personal stories from the 80s. The selection of sights and stops felt well done, and helped us quite a bit in understanding better how the city works. For anyone who is interested in not only the major sight-seeing spots and large seaside buildings (of which some are still part of the tour), but wants to also learn about how the city developed and how most people in Oslo live there today, I can only recommend this tour.
