Good tour of great places and areas we would not have discovered on our own. - Our guide bountifully shared his knowledge of various neighborhoods and landmarks. Although closed the day we were there, he pointed out Mathallen, a international/ethnic food court that we returned to a few days later and were not disappointed. Some of the tour was following along a small river (creek) through various neighborhoods and through a famous cemetery. The view of the city from the Royal Palace was very nice. The terrain was not flat but was doable. The tour was worth the value.

The best way to discover attractions along the Akerselva river. - Cycling along the riverside path was beautiful and an area we would never have discovered on our own. The Mathallen food market was a very interesting stop off. Our guide, Kevin, looked after our bikes while we explored the wonders inside. The waffle tasting was a welcome delight. We needed the calories too as the ride was longer than we anticipated. The visit to the cemetery and the graves of Henrik Ibsen and Edvard Munch was a good opportunity for Kevin to tell us more about these famous Norwegians with the benefit of being in a very quiet and tranquil setting. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and had a lovely gentle charm about him. He wasn't that experienced at managing a group as large as ours, of ten people, so it was a new problem for him to keep everyone together and not lose too many when the traffic lights changed. I'm sure he will have learnt from the experience and introduced small changes to ensure this wouldn't happen again.

Great Tour - This tour was amazing! Our tour guide was Kevin and he’s an absolute gem. We explored a lot of Oslo on bikes and learned a lot. The tour was scheduled for 2. 75 hrs but it was actually 4 hours long. Despite, I had a blast and enjoyed seeing the city and feeling the wind.

Unforgettable and Unique - This tour was amazing. Definitely got our workout on for the day. The scenic points we saw were incredible, definitely different from the major spots around Oslo. Kevin was very informative, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you, Kevin! Outstanding service.

Beautiful and rich in information - Beautiful tour with a very friendly guide. We saw lot of Oslo's main atrractions and got some interesting insights from our guide. Please, invest a little more in the quality of your bikes. Riding a bike in hilly Oslo with no possibility to adjust the seat height is a legs-killer ^^.

Not a fully professional operation... - Kevin did a great job leading the tour and explaining the sites, acknowledging though that he had been jn Norway only a short while and so wasn't exactly immersed in the culture. The problem was the bikes ... one had no gears, making the uphill hauls a real challenge; and only four were provided for the four participants, giving no opportunity to select a bike that was a more comfortable fit. All the bikes were different, suggesting they were a second-hand purchase. The tour started and ended in a slightly seedy corner of the city, a fair walk from most hotels. And it had to be rescheduled because the included waffle shop wasn't open when planned. All in all, not a fully professional operation.

Avoid - it’s not worth the stress. - We booked the 10:30 tour on 9th May as an introduction to Oslo on our first full day. Unfortunately this was cancelled because the tour guide had an accident en route to the meeting point. He told us he would get us on to the 12 noon tour on 10th. That was the last we heard from anybody from the Oslo Tour. We turned up at the meeting place at 12 (having totally rearranged our day’s plans) to be met by nobody, no bicycles, nothing. Nobody was answering the phone or replying to texts and as the meeting point seems to be bike racks outside a block of flats and not an Oslo Tour office we were left stranded. This has been a bitterly disappointing experience as we have had very enjoyable bike tours in other European cities; this is the first failure. I have noticed other reviews comment on cancellations without notice. This organisation (I use the term loosely) seems unable to communicate with its customers. I do not recommend them - try someone else who understands customer service.
