Seeing Oslo in a day - This was a great way to get around and see the sights in Oslo. We used this off the cruise port. We had to walk down to the corner past the Fortress to get on a they no longer pick up from the Port. They do however drop off at the souvenir shop at the Oslo port. There are free earbuds near the drivers station. You can listen to history and information in several languages about each stop **make sure you get on the right bus. There is a similar bus in operation. This company bus is stamped "official" city sightseeing tour

Worked well for us! - We had only one day in Oslo and wanted to see many sites. This was a most convenient way to get around and to spend as much or little time at all the interesting places. Don't miss Vigeland Park!!! FYI our preprinted ticket said hours began at 10 am, but we found buses running earlier than that!

It worked well - ideal for the first day so that you can get an overview. - The bus was always on time. The information provided via the headphones is, however, rather sparse. There is still room for improvement. But since the traffic in Oslo is not as heavy as in cities such as London, you are not constantly stuck in traffic jams and the buses can stick to the timetable.

Disappointed - Not impressed. No reliable route information. Drivers were not sure our ticket was valid. Lots of confusion regarding which company we should be riding with. Both HOHO companies use almost identical livery. Not worth the money

Save your money - Started in a cold bus which then got way too hot. Very doubtful if the price was correct. Bought a ticket for 1 adult and 3 children, but the seller first said that the children were free and afterwards they spoke for an adult. Paid 640 enough. The sound in the seats was terrible and several of the plugs on the upper deck did not work. Waste of money and most things can be seen without having to walk that much.

Tour is not worth the money - I was in Oslo with the AIDA in November and booked the tour. My conclusion: I could have invested the money better elsewhere. The tour was very short. Only 6 stops in the city center and 3 in Bygdøy, 2 of which were the same stop. The information on the headphones is really poor and there are long stretches without commentary. Cannot be recommended. The seats are also very narrow.

Horrible customer service/cancellation policy - I purchased my ticket online prior to departing for my trip from Canada (Oct 12) choosing the date October 24 for my use. When I arrived in Oslo Oct 24 I was surprised to find out they were not operating that day. So I filled out the refund on their website and bought a ticket for the other hop on hop off company in Oslo. I received an email later stating they did not do refunds within 24hrs of travel date. I received no notifications that they were not operating on the 24th so how was I to cancel more than 24hrs. I responded to their customer service with this and they responded back stating my chosen travel date was Oct 12. Well no, I purchased the ticket online Oct 12 for a travel date of Oct 24 and was not even in the country on the 12th. They refuse to refund the ticket I purchased even though it is them that was not operating, but continue to state the ticket is valid for 1 year. I came from Canada, i will not be returning to Oslo anytime soon. This is shady business practices in my opinion, so beware of their cancellation policies because even if it is their scheduling that is at fault, you will not be refunded. I can live without that money, but it is the unprofessional business practices that causes me to warn others.

Bad customer experience - I made a mistake in booking and was told I unable to change the day because it was too close. I asked right away after booking. Did not get to enjoy it. Chose another company for my trip because this was didn’t care about me as a customer.
