Hugo is a great tour guide - We had a great private tour of the city with our guide Hugo, he took us everywhere we wanted to go and he answered all of our questions with knowledge, we left very happy, I really recommend this tour.

Best guide ever - Hugo was the best guide I have ever had. By the end of the tour he was more of a friend than a guide. Highly recommend. Went out of his way to show us osaka off the beaten path and genuinely had a unique experience. It was like touring the city with a good friend Kinder and Parveen CANADA 🇨🇦

Spring tour in Osaka - We had a great time meeting Osaka! Hugo, our guide, was so nice! He tough us some history, showed us various parts of the city and was super respectful with some changes to respect our daughter nap. He also recommended several places to eat- great tips. Beautiful Experience Of Osaka - The tour was amazing with our tour guide Hugo. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful... And the main thing, he clicks wonderful photos.

No brainer way to see Osaka! - Hugo was such a pleasant guide. We felt like we actually knew him! He is extremely personable, knowledgeable and relatable. He tailored the tour ensuring my young child’s interests were taken into consideration. He taught us about the train system which allowed us to travel back to our hotel alone with no problem at the end of the tour. Note that you have either the option to walk/take train or taxi to get to/from different landmarks (not included in your cost). We opted for the walking/train as it is much cheaper. We were able to try several treats and foods and stopped for a quick lunch. You really get to move at your own pace. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed our half day.

Have fun and learn in Osaka with Hugo - Hugo is an excellent tourist guide. In few hours that my husband and I had in Osaka, I can tell he showed us a lot and explained details of Japanese culture, architecture and way of thinking of Japanese, details that other guides have not explained to us while our journey in Japan, thereafter we learnt a lot. Also he is very kind and funny, so we had a great time with him. In other words, I strongly recommend Hugo to be your guide, you will learn a lot and have a great time with him.

The best - The guide was very courteous and knowledgeable. Despite the weather he was able to show us the most important sites. He recomended a french restaurant which was excellent.

Beware! Great tour guide but a bad tour package - Our guide Hugo was fantastic. He knew every bit of detail. However the tour was a disaster. We had asked for and confirmed over chat that the tour we were picking had a car to travel between places and was wheelchair equipped. Much to our dismay we discovered that we were misguided in the chat with Viator (and yes, I have saved the chat). The issue is we paid for a 4 people tour and two of them could not go because it was a..... walking tour! We got scammed into a tour that we did not want. Ultimately two of us did the best we can, but we too did not complete the tour because we were worried about our mom who just could not do the walking tour after 30 minutes of trying hard and desperately out of breath. Please don't do these tours without knowing every detail and having written guarantees. We thought we did and we still dis not get the tour we wanted. I just want to make sure that this review is not about the guide - he was very knowledgeable and patient. It is about the package. We got a lemon!
