It is located 2 stations by train from "Namba", the center of Osaka. A taxi will get you there in about 5 minutes. There are few tourists, and it will be an area where locals live. It is on the first floor of the IBP building.

Super fun experience - Great experience. Host is fantastic and has a fantastic story to tell about how he came to open a ramen shop. Cooking experience was great and the ramen tasted amazing. Would 100% recommend. James Bond 007.

Best Ramen Class ever!! - Amazing experience with Shu and his wife! Very understanding of us running late. We had a group of 4 and enjoyed learning the process. Ramen itself was very, very tasty and Shu and his wife were very entertaining and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Best Ramen we tried! - The best ramen we had in Japan! So much fun to learn about the different types and how it was made. We made two different types, a soy based ramen and chicken white soup ramen. Such a fun experience!

Best ramen class! - A super fun hands on ramen class that is a very personable experience. The chef/instructor guides you in his own restaurant kitchen on the process of making ramen (it’s quite time and labor intensive!) and leaves the fun portion of making your own bowl just for you. You get 4 different options to choose from to make. The chef was a very fun person to talk to and spoke great English (especially for someone who learned just from watching tv shows and movies!) Come with an open stomach as the ramen is tasty and filling!

It was great! The host is... - It was great! The host is really fun and welcoming and even his english was pretty good. The coolest thing is that the whole workshop is in his ramen shop which is usually open. All in all, I would recommend

Ramen making class for ramen lovers! - What a wonderful chef. His speciality though is not just ramen but the ramen making class that you can find on TripAdvisor. My son loved the experience and said his shoyu ramen was super delicious even as he usually prefers miso. You have the choice of making several different ramen of your choice. The chef speaks English well. Highly recommend the class!

Great experience for a day in Osaka - This experience is FANTASTIC! I couldn't recommend more! Shu and his shop were so fun, and everyone in our group had a great time creating our own bowls of ramen. Plus Shu's broth is AMAZING. It was some of the best ramen broth we had in Japan during our whole trip. It was easily the best thing we did in Osaka. At the end of our trip, I asked my brother what his favorite activity was, and he said this one. Just book it now; you won't regret it.

Fun, Flavorful, and Full of Energy - This workshop was a blast! Shu is an incredibly enthusiastic host who walks you through all the ins and outs of making ramen from scratch. You can choose between different ramen styles (highly recommended) and compare the flavors — a great way to understand what makes each one unique. Perfect for food lovers and curious cooks alike.
